Invited by my great friend @josiva to the BeerSaturday Challenge, I couldn't help but bring my contribution to a subject that I am immensely fond of and knowledgeable about.

Today I will present: THE DARK - Brewery Läut

Brewery Läut was born in 2016 with small-scale production, in Belo Horizonte, with little time the local population really likes its flavor and expanded in 2017 with a factory in Jardim Canada, in the beer hub of Nova Lima/MG. Its slogan is #BrewerAttitude!

THE DARK

Dark Laut is a beer from the Lager family, pure malt, dark, very light and refreshing.
It arrived with the intention of demystifying current paradigms and showing that being a dark beer does not mean being strong, alcoholic and sweet.
It promises to be easy to drink and very refreshing! The flavor coming from toasted malt brings subtle notes of coffee and caramel.

Style: Dark American Lager
Alcohol (%): 4.9% ABV
IBU: 15
Ingredients: Water, malt, hops
Temperature: 5-7°C
Ideal glass: Lager (Chope)

A good beer to enjoy on the weekend with cheese.

I took advantage of the opportunity with my girlfriend to taste a little more, so we opened the well-known green Heineken to accompany some sushi that we ordered from Delivery, completing an excellent Sunday watching the film The Green Mile.

Hoje irei apresentar: THE DARK - Cervejaria Läut

A Cervejaria Läut nasceu em 2016 com uma produção em pequena escala, em Belo Horizonte, com pouco tempo a população local gosta muito do seu sabor sendo expandida em 2017 com uma fábrica no Jardim Canadá, no polo cervejeiro de Nova Lima/MG. Seu slogan é #AtitudeCervejeira!

THE DARK

A Dark Laut e uma Cerveja da família das Lagers, puro malte, escura, bem leve e refrescante.
Ela chegou com intuito de desmistificar os paradigmas atuais e mostrar que ser uma cerveja escura não significa ser forte, alcoólica e doce.
Promente ser fácil de beber e muito refrescante! O sabor proveniente do malte tostado remete a notas sutis de cafe e caramelo.

Estilo: Dark American Lager
Álcool (%): 4.9% ABV
IBU: 15
Ingredientes: Água, malte, lúpulo
Temperatura: 5-7 °C
Copo ideal: Lager (Chope)

Uma boa cerveja para se degustar no fim de semana com um queijo.

Aproveitei a ocasião com a minha namorada para degustar um pouco mais então abrimos a conhecida verdinha Heineken para acompanhar um sushi que pedimos no Delivery, completando um Domingo excelente assistindo ao filme a Espera de um Milagre.
