Day 10 of LUT Squats Challenge
Edging up a little on my sqauts today. This morning I did my first set of 50 squats when I was feeling fresh and strong. In the evening I did my second set and managed to do 70 more making a total of 120 squats for the day.
I decided not to push myself further as I can occasionally still feel a little cracking in my left knee. I hope it's just due to lack of exercise in the past, and I think I am best to do only what I'm comfortable with.

If your knees are like mine, that will happen when your quads get too tight. The hams and calves will then tighten up to try to compensate with the pull, and the end result is the knee gets pain as all the tightening pulls at it. Stretching well usually works for me, especially stretching the quad in a few different ways to try to get all of it.
Anyway, fantastic job reaching 120. Keep up the amazing work!

Great up come! It's better to be calm and conscious and "listen" to our body, then to regret later!
Today I haven't woke up as early has yesterday... Maybe because it was my first day at home... And just like I mentioned before, it's better to respect the body when you are 44, right? Ahaha
So even that I slept for almost nine and a half hours (that's right @pardinus... LOL), I "hit" the gym as usually. And today, was "chest, shoulder and tricepses day. I was felling a little numb (and not so power charged as yesterday), but as I was reaching for the end of my daily gym training schedule, one huge urge to make the squats appeared!
So, as on the days before, I decided to make them in the resting period from the sets in the machines. I've made 3 sets of 40 squats each, and two more sets of twenty squats, that summed up 160 squats...
When I arrived home (by walking as usual), I didn't felt that the mission was complete. And, just after a good cup of a delicious black coffee (not sweetened of course), just added two more sets os 20 squats! Making the great round number of TWO HUNDRED
Squat Challenge GOAL: 3000!
Day 6: 150 Squats
Day 7: 240 Squats
Day 8: 200 Squats
Day 9: 120 Squats
Day 10: 304 Squats
Day 11: 200 Squats
Total: 1214 Squats.... To go: 1786!

Your not charged up and still do 200 squats, that's incredible 💪. You deserve another coffee, with sugar to treat yourself idle allowed after such good work.
And I totally agree with you, you have to listen to your body, that's what I decided to do yesterday,
