Day 11 of LUT Squats Challenge

Yesterday day 11 was the first day I didn't achieve my target of 100 squats a day 😥. I did 50 squats in the morning, then I felt quite tired for the rest of the day, and decided to give myself the rest of the day off and bank on my over achievements from prior days. Need to work harder after the little slack to build up my over achievement reserves again

Good evening, LUT!

I'm pretty sure that was the most rational option that you could made. Give your body the proper rest, and then you will find results on the next days ;)

Today I woke up around 8am, and since I didn't had breakfast with my two friends from Crypto, I decided to be more ease... and to wake up calmly...

So after a calm breakfast,I went to the gym as always, and by foot, as always, and began my workout for the morning... Today was the dorsal and arms (biceps) muscle training.

So you already know my strategy... One set on the workout machine, one set of squats! Ahahah

Resuming, I've made 6 sets of 40 squats, ending with a extra one of only 20 squats... That makes a total of TWO HUNDRED and SIXTY

Squat Challenge GOAL: 3000!

Day 6: 150 Squats
Day 7: 240 Squats
Day 8: 200 Squats
Day 9: 120 Squats
Day 10: 304 Squats
Day 11: 200 Squats
Day 12: 260 Squats

Total: 1474 Squats.... To go: 1526!

You are crazy, getting up at 8am on Sunday, heading to the gym and then doing 260 squats!!! I snuggled up in my warm cozy bed till 9.30am.

Good morning!

Then there is the "other" side... I felt in be by 9h30pm! Ahahah And because, today I have to wake up by 5h30am (working in the morning shift, and I don't love to be stuck in traffic, so I leave home before traffic jams mostly ocour...). Over the years, I found out that I mostly "morning lark" then a "late owl"... Ahahah Already feeling old! Ahahah

My trick to have the daily squats done, it to think that I committed with all of you, and that I cannot let you down :)

Remember "Squat by Squat" ;)

Oh dear, I feel so spoilt as I only finished breakfast now at 10am.

Thank goodness we have mutual support for this squats challenge and motivate each other
