Day 12 of LUT Squats Challenge

After slacking off on Saturday, I was back on track yesterday for day 12 of my squats challenge. I did 50 squats in the morning which felt a bit easier after my rest the day before, and continued with 2 sets of 50 squats later on in the day. In my second set, I went up to 40 squats and had to push myself a little for the last 10 squats but it was just a gentle push, nothing too strenuous. I ended with 150 squats for the day taking my over achievement back up to 200 squats.

Good evening, LUT and everyone!

I see that you pushed a little further your over achievement! Congratulations!

Today I woke very early. I start my day at work at 8am. But I hate to be in traffic... so I wake up at about 6am, and I arrive work before 7am, that gives me time to set things up, and to start reporting the exams without any disturbance in the force!

After my, work, I arrived at home around 3h30 pm, grab a good cup of back coffee (without sugar), and off I went to the gym!

Today's training program was lower part... legs and HUMPS! Ahahah

But today, I decided to modify my training. I've made a modification to transform it to a more aerobic one. Low weights, and more repetitions, less time interval between series.

So in resume, I've made TEN sets of FORTY squats each!!!!

That sum up to the beautiful round number of FOURHUNDRED! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Day 6: 150 Squats
Day 7: 240 Squats
Day 8: 200 Squats
Day 9: 120 Squats
Day 10: 304 Squats
Day 11: 200 Squats
Day 12: 260 Squats
Day 13: 400 Squats

Total: 1874 Squats.... To go: 1126!
