Day 14 of LUT Squats Challenge
Day 14!! That's 2 weeks of my squats challenge completed. I hope I can maintain this level of performance going forward and I'd be very pleased with myself.
Today I did a set of 50 squats in the morning, and had enough strength to do another 70 later in the day. Pretty happy with this.

Another great day! Two weeks down, two (and some change) to go!

Here is my update for November 15th:
My morning was all about the same as yesterday's, with the only difference that I have to drive to my district Hospital (Santa Maria) to pick up my medication for the next two months. I only have for more 2,5 weeks, and by then, I don't want to be driving with rain and a lot of crowded hospital (with respiratory infections) just to pick up some pills!
So after my visit to the Hospital, was just time to drive back home, grab a nice cup of coffee (today I've tried one from Starbucks on my Nespresso machine... I found it very aromatic!)
After my warm and aromatic cup of coffee, time to tie up my tennis shoes and walk to the gym!
Today, my workout routine was back and biceps, and I started as normally by doing the squats between sets in the machines. Started very hipped with a first set of 40, but then I felt a little bit of soreness of my hamstring muscles, and dropped to 20 repetitions sets... added up 18 sets of those! Since I love to have goals, today was to break my PB that I made yesterday... So, after the 1x40 + 18x20 (360) I made 4 for sets of 10 each, completing the beautiful number of 440!
