Day 15/16 of LUT Squats Challenge
Yesterday, day 15 I failed to post my progress. I only managed 70 squats for the day and didn't even get round to make a post, so I figured I'd roll that into today day 16.
In other to make up for yesterday's under achievement, I worked extra hard today. Starting with a set of 60 squats in the morning, and another set of 60 later on in the day to hit my daily target of 100. However, I wanted to cover my 30 squats missing from day 15, so did another set of 50 in the evening taking my total to 170 squats for the day which is my record so far!

Total: 3070 Squats.... Overdone: 70 :)
Today, I haven't made it to the gym... Felling very low. Tomorrow I'll have a long day... working at my club. I hope that this night before bedtime, I could manage to push some squats.

The update was with the result from yesterday. Today I haven't made a single one... I'm arranging things for my day tomorrow. I'll try to make at least 10 for today, but I'll update them tomorrow!
