Day 4 of LUT Squats Challenge
Things are getting better on day 4. On the previous three days, I was doing Asian squats where I squat all the way down. My time living in Taiwan for a few years has trained me well for this. Then I checked some videos today to make sure I was doing the squats correctly, and I saw that people only squat down to when their thighs are horizontal.
I tried that and it felt easier as I didn't have to come back up so much. And I ended up doing two sets of 60 squats!
The other thing that I'm really pleased about is @dbooster has joined this challenge. Now I have a support buddy!
Here's my progress so far

Fantastic job! You are killing it so far!
I am going to try to keep doing the Asian squat just to give my quads more of a workout, but I might revert to the standard one towards 100 as I wear out, as I did on my day 3.
I think I'm going to stick to the easier standard squat and revert to the more difficult Asian sqaut when I'm stronger
Seeing how painful my legs are right now, I don't blame you! Oy, my aching legs...
