Where do we get our funding?

These are our sources of funding that you can see in this table below. Since some of these funds are staked in HP, I had to liquidate them into Hive and exchange it to the local currency.

Throughout the process, I bear responsibility for the extra fees added and I am keeping the exact amount of these funding sources. Hence for any tax obligation that might occur due this transaction, I also bear the taxation cost and fees for the transaction that are incurred throughout this event.

Through this process, I also bear some costs to create the account as HIVEONBOARD was having a ticketing issue and this is not billed to our budget reserve.

How do we allocate our funds?

Below you can see some of our spending, their details and budgeted & actual costs. All these are in local currency/Rupiah and you can see our $ equivalent on the left side.

• Our venue costs $30.57 which already comes with a snack(donut) for the participants, chair, table, monitor, projector, and all the equipment needed for the event.

• In this spending table, logistics includes transportation needed for the event since some of us are located in other areas.

• Our merchandise is ordered through the limited order because usually there is a limited orders for all these merch for cheaper prices.

• We also use vouchers and discounts available for the merchandise and t-shirts from Shopee. The prices shown are the actual price for the goods.

• During our budgeting process, we added emergency reserved funds around 6.21% from the whole budget we’ve proposed. This helps with ensuring that if any problem arises before or during the event, we have the means to cover it.

What will happen to the extra fund?

We have $ 43.76 in extra funding and is going to be allocated for future events as a way to maintain the momentum of HIVE awareness in the country.
