The Best Remedy for One's Soul is Having the Leisure to Enjoy the Things that its Heart Craves to do Most #201

As a college student, it feels too hectic whenever there's a new project to be done and also with a lot of approaching reportings, the good old vacation days are now gone and it feels cumbersome to adjust to the new environment other than home but then I don't have much choice since I choose this path to study and pursue a degree to help me achieve the things that I want in life. So it's only a given to suffer at this point to be able to be successful shortly. It's only been two weeks since school started and now I'm slowly adapting to my surroundings, the only thing that I can look forward to is the weekends since even if it's just an abrupt time still I can try to relax my body from the tiring everyday situation of commuting to find my transportation to go to school.
There's accumulated fatigue from the lack of sleep and the dreading fact that I need to bear the cold shower since it will keep my unmotivated body awake so there's not much choice but to get up and get ready for school and the transportation bus would even take an hour to pass by, the only console for this draining weekdays situation would be the fun that I'm able to attain when I'm with my classmates and have some new explorations around our school whenever we have some extra time.
I could still remember how my first and second years in college were too pressuring it even led me to a point wherein I got to do an actual demonstration for a certain major subject with a fever and it somehow affected my overall performance since my body at that time just felt too tired and even with medicines, I still find it hard to recover, it was around finals that our demonstrations have coincided with reports and other stuff that we need to comply to achieve a passable grade.
The remedy that helped me get back to my feet was the never-ending support of my family and they've provided me with not just medicines but also encouragements that help me lessen the burden that I feel, I think that whenever I feel totally down it also the time where I'm too vulnerable and easily get sick that's why as I'm still in the second week of my third-year journey, I would like to do things more responsibly, I want to try not jeopardizing my health with the never-ending stress and with that I plan to work on things one of a time.
I could not say that I only have one stress reliever since I'm fond of rewarding myself with little things just like buying sweets or even a coke since it feels too satisfying to drink whenever I'm in such a rush day. I also like to explore nature mostly seas since it feels nice watching the waves because it calms my mind and if I only have a short time to relax, the thing I do is I would browse through my phone and read some webtoons or watch Netflix movies to chill.

Being sick may catch me off guard and put me in a bad mood but at the end of the day, I've learned that I should give value to myself more and make some time for relaxation to recuperate so that I'll be able to finish the things that I must do. I think being able to do something that I want to do once in a while would help my mind to be at ease even if it's only for a short period.

That's the little price you have to pay, in pursuing your dreams. But even if ganito naman you can still surely find a time to enjoy yourself. You just have to be good in multitasking (◕ᴗ◕✿). But yeah, a remedy for a tired mind and body is a happy leisure and also a cheer and love you're getting to your fam and your friends. Be glad you have people like them. But I'm ypu are more than grateful and happy to have them ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

Academic years are tiring, sometimes to the extent of wanting us quit. However, our motivation keeps us intact.

Family support is no doubt of immense importance. It makes us able to overcome challenges.

Taking breaks is crucial to stay healthy. Doing one thing at a time is the best strategy.
