Hola amigos, como se encuentran, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una excelente receta que aprendí en el curso del día martes, se trata de las galletas de jengibre, a mí me encanta mucho, ya que me recuerda a mi infancia mi mamá nos las preparaba siempre cada paso es muy fácil. Estás rica galleta, las preparamos mucho en las épocas navideñas. Te enseñaré el paso a paso de esta deliciosa elaboración.

Los ingredientes son:

  • 300 gramos de harina de trigo
  • 100 gramos de mantequilla
  • 70 gramos de azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de panela rallada
  • 1 huevo
  • 1 taza de miel
  • 1 cucharada de canela en polvo
  • 2 cucharada de jengibre
  • polvo de hornear

En el primer paso tamizamos la harina de trigo, luego en una taza integramos harina de trigo, polvo de hornear, cacao en polvo y el jengibre, hacemos un pequeño volcán en el medio y agregamos la mantequilla, el huevo, la miel, y la panela rallada, luego vamos integrando con la mano.

The ingredients are:

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of grated panela
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger
  • baking powder

In the first step we sift the wheat flour, then in a bowl we integrate wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and ginger, we make a small volcano in the middle and add the butter, egg, honey, and grated panela, then we integrate by hand.

Amasamos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y a medida que vayamos revolviendo se va poniendo muy suave, si se pone un poco pegajosa, le espolvoreamos un poquito de harina de trigo hasta que se quede firme y manejable. Es muy importante no agregarle mucha harina, ya que a lo que esté lista se pondrá muy dura la galleta.


We knead until we obtain a homogeneous mixture and as we go stirring it gets very soft, if it gets a little sticky, we sprinkle a little bit of wheat flour until it is firm and manageable. It is very important not to add too much flour, because when it is ready the cookie will become very hard.

Al tener la masa lista la refrigeramos por 20 minutos.
Después de pasar los minutos agarramos un poco de masa y la vamos estirando y le damos forma a las galletas, nuestra opción fue un molde de hombrecito.😍


Once the dough is ready, refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
After the minutes have passed, we take some dough and stretch it and shape the cookies, our option was a little man mold.😍

Luego vamos colocando uno por uno en el molde ya engrasado.


Then we place them one by one in the greased mold.

Lo llevamos al horno por unos 15 minutos.


Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Y este fue el resultado de esta rica galletas de jengibre, lo podemos decorar como queramos poniéndole ojitos y figuritas.
