Hola, queridos amigos como están hoy martes me tocó el curso de panadería y en la clase vamos a hacer hamburguesas, esta es una receta espectacular, ya que a mí me encanta este tipo de pan de hamburguesa, esta preparación es muy fácil y quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de esta rica elaboración y quiero decirles que no lleva mucho ingrediente y es muy económico.
Ingredientes:
- 1 Kilo de harina de trigo
- 600 gramos de agua
- 20 gramos de levadura
- 15 gramos de sal
- 100 gramos de azúcar
- 100 gramos de manteca
Y para barnizar el pan necesitaremos un poquito de agua, una pequeña cucharada de azúcar, 1 huevo y ajonjolí
El siguiente procedimiento es preparar el fermento para el pan, en una taza agregamos los 600 gramos de agua, 20 gramos de levadura se revuelve poco a poco y se deja reposar por 10 minutos.

En una taza grande agregamos la harina de trigo ya tamizada, se abre un volcán en el medio y añadimos el fermento, los 100 gramos de azúcar y comenzamos a hidratar la masa.

Luego se agrega los 100 gramos de manteca, vamos integrando, luego pasamos la masa para la mesa y amasamos rápidamente, le agregamos los 15 gramos de sal, seguimos amasando y se deja reposar por 30 minutos.

Luego de pasar el tiempo a si nos quedó la masa, comenzamos a desgasificar, pesamos la masa y sacamos varias porciones iguales, se hacen las bolitas y se van agregando ordenadamente en la bandeja ya engrasada.

De último se le hacen pequeño huequito con un tenedor y se comienza a barnizar y se le agrega el ajonjolí.

Los dejamos reposar por 45 minutos en la bandeja hasta que duplique su tamaño y luego lo llevamos al horno por 20 minutos.
Al pasar los minutos sacamos los panes del horno y este fue el resultado.

After these minutes we took the breads out of the oven and this was the result.
