¡Saludos queridas damas de la colmena! Es un gusto para mí estar nuevamente de paso por esta linda comunidad para participar en una nueva edición del concurso semanal. En esta oportunidad, aprovechando que recién se celebró el Día del Niño acá en Venezuela les hablaré sobre este tema ya que fue uno de los propuestos por la amiga @marivic10 para esta semana, espero que mi participación sea de su agrado, sin más, ¡les cuento un poco!
Greetings dear ladies of the hive! It is a pleasure for me to be passing through this beautiful community again to participate in a new edition of the weekly contest. On this occasion, taking advantage of the fact that Children's Day was just celebrated here in Venezuela, I will talk to you about this topic since it was one of those proposed by friend @marivic10 for this week, I hope that my participation is to your liking, Without further ado, I'll tell you a little!
Este domingo celebramos el Día del Niño en mi país (Venezuela). Si tienes hijos, ¿cómo celebras su día? Si no tienes hijos, ¿alguna vez dejas salir ese "niño que llevas dentro"? Cuéntanos qué haces y ¿cómo te hace sentir esto?
Desde que vivo en esta ciudad cada año he tratado de asistir a las celebraciones del día del niño en los centros comerciales cercanos a casa porque realmente me gusta mucho todo ese ambiente, claramente no voy por las atracciones sino más bien a ver y a tomar fotos porque algo que se hace mucho hoy en día es decorar en fechas especiales y para el día del niño estas siempre son hermosas y muy llamativas. Muy poco dejo salir a mi niño interior, pues, no siempre es buen momento para ello pero en días como este es cuando aprovecho de hacerlo y disfrutarlo al máximo bien sea asistiendo a esos eventos infantiles, yendo por un helado o de ser posible haciendo pequeños detalles para esos niños que forman parte de mi vida.
When it comes to special dates I always try to celebrate them as long as possible, Children's Day is one of them and although I am no longer a girl nor do I have children, this is one of those days in which we can let our child out interior enjoying a different day that, although it is not for us, we can easily include ourselves in the celebration, or at least for my part I do it and I like it. Nowadays the celebrations of this date are much better and bigger than those of my childhood and although I can no longer participate or go on the children's attractions, at least I allow myself to enjoy the decorations and part of these events just by watching and passing by. the while.
Since I live in this city every year I have tried to attend the Children's Day celebrations in the shopping centers near my house because I really like that whole atmosphere, clearly I don't go for the attractions but rather to see and take photos because Something that is done a lot nowadays is decorating on special dates and for Children's Day these are always beautiful and very striking. I rarely let my inner child out, well, it's not always a good time for it, but on days like this is when I take advantage of doing it and enjoy it to the fullest, whether it's attending those children's events, going for ice cream or, if possible, making little ones. details for those children who are part of my life.
Son muchos los niños que conozco pero no tengo contacto muy seguido con ellos, sin embargo, siempre los tengo presentes y en días como este es cuando más me gustaría poder compartir con ellos. Este año tuvimos la dicha de celebrar el día del niño en casa gracias a la existencia de la pequeña Amaya Victoria que llegó a la familia para alegrar nuestros días y permitirnos nuevamente celebrar esta fecha, fue muy especial para todos y aunque ella aun no entiende de estos temas estoy segura de que cuando lo haga podré compartir con ella este lindo día y tendré la excusa perfecta para dejar salir aún más a mi niño interior.
There are many children that I know but I do not have contact with them very often, however, I always have them present and on days like this is when I would most like to be able to share with them. This year we had the joy of celebrating Children's Day at home thanks to the existence of little Amaya Victoria who came to the family to brighten our days and allow us to celebrate this date again, it was very special for everyone and although she still does not understand these topics I am sure that when I do it I will be able to share this beautiful day with her and I will have the perfect excuse to let my inner child out even more.

Hermosa niña, Dios la bendiga, y como dices, todos llevamos nuestro niño interior, yo tampoco soy de celebrar mucho, cuando estaban mis sobrinos aquí, bueno, les dábamos sus regalitos, y mi hermana los llevaba de paseo, ese día es para ellos siempre, saludos.

As the only bread winner I spent too much time away from my two boys in taking on extra work hours and side jobs to meet my financial objectives only to pay a price with being unable to be there to celebrate some of their important milestones. Now I will go out of way to be there for them, I thank God daily for my precious boys. I think we Canadians can learn much from other countries that set a special day for our children @mariajcastro28
