Greetings to all the hivers and the beautiful ladies of this Ladies of Hive community. Today I join the initiative of my friend @dreemport, corresponding to the contest number #184, with three interesting questions for this week.

Estas son las preguntas correspondientes para este concurso:
La maternidad es a la vez gratificante y desafiante. ¿Cuál ha sido una de tus mayores lecciones desde que eres madre?
¿Crees que las mujeres tienen un papel muy claro hoy en día en la sociedad? En caso afirmativo, ¿Cuál es ese papel?
¿Cuál es tu recuerdo favorito de tu madre? (¡o de alguien que haya desempeñado ese papel en tu vida!)

Motherhood is both rewarding and challenging - what has been one of your biggest lessons since becoming a mother?
Do you think women have a clear role in society today? If so, what is that role?
What is your favourite memory of your mother (or someone who played that role in your life!)?
1) La maternidad es a la vez gratificante y desafiante. ¿Cuál ha sido una de tus mayores lecciones desde que eres madre?
Algunas lecciones desde que soy madre han sido varias, como la importancia de la paciencia: Ser madre requiere mucha paciencia, aprender a lidiar con las frustraciones diarias, los desafíos y las situaciones imprevistas enseña a las madres a ser pacientes y a mantener la calma en momentos difíciles. La capacidad de adaptación: Ser madre implica adaptarse constantemente a las necesidades cambiantes de los hijos a medida que crecen. Las madres aprenden a ser flexibles y a ajustarse a nuevas circunstancias con facilidad. El amor incondicional: Una de las mayores lecciones que las madres aprenden es el amor incondicional que sienten por sus hijos. Este amor va más allá de cualquier cosa y les enseña a ser comprensivas, compasivas y pacientes. Y la necesidad de cuidarse a sí mismas, física, emocional y mentalmente, para poder cuidar a sus hijos de la mejor manera posible, es decir el autocuidado, algo muy importante. El sacrificio es otra de las lecciones por el bienestar de los hijos. Y por ultimo la Resiliencia implica enfrentar desafíos constantes y aprender a superarlos. Las madres desarrollan una gran resiliencia al enfrentar situaciones difíciles y encontrar soluciones para seguir adelante.
2) ¿Crees que las mujeres tienen un papel muy claro hoy en día en la sociedad? En caso afirmativo, ¿Cuál es ese papel?
El papel de la mujer en la sociedad actual es diverso y multifacético. Las mujeres desempeñan roles importantes en diferentes áreas y contribuyen de manera significativa al progreso social, económico y cultural. Sin embargo, aún existen desafíos persistentes relacionados con la igualdad de género que requieren atención continua y acción colectiva para lograr un mundo más equitativo para todas las personas.
Las mujeres desempeñan un papel importante en la sociedad actual: tienen participación en la fuerza laboral, liderazgo y toma de decisiones, educación y empoderamiento, defensa de los derechos de las mujeres, cuidado y crianza de los hijos, pero también buscan equilibrar su vida personal y profesional.
3) ¿Cuál es tu recuerdo favorito de tu madre? (¡o de alguien que haya desempeñado ese papel en tu vida!)
El recuerdo o los recuerdos son muchos, entre estos que era una mujer muy perseverante y luchadora, muy emprendedora, no se daba por vencida fácilmente. Muy sacrificada y dedicada a sus hijos.
1) Motherhood is both rewarding and challenging. What has been one of your biggest lessons since becoming a mother?
Some lessons since becoming a mother have been several, such as the importance of patience: Being a mother requires a lot of patience, learning to deal with daily frustrations, challenges and unforeseen situations teaches mothers to be patient and to keep calm in difficult moments. The ability to adapt: Being a mother involves constantly adapting to the changing needs of children as they grow. Mothers learn to be flexible and adjust to new circumstances with ease. Unconditional love**: One of the greatest lessons mothers learn is the unconditional love they feel for their children. This love goes beyond anything else and teaches them to be understanding, compassionate and patient. And the need to take care of themselves, physically, emotionally and mentally, in order to take the best possible care of their children, that is self-care, which is very important. Sacrifice is another lesson for the well-being of the children. And finally, Resilience involves facing constant challenges and learning to overcome them. Mothers develop great resilience by facing difficult situations and finding solutions to move forward.
2) Do you think women have a clear role in society today? If so, what is that role?
The role of women in today's society is diverse and multifaceted. Women play important roles in different areas and contribute significantly to social, economic and cultural progress. However, there are still persistent challenges related to gender equality that require continued attention and collective action to achieve a more equitable world for all people.
Women play an important role in today's society: they have a role in workforce participation, leadership and decision-making, education and empowerment, women's rights advocacy, childcare and parenting, but they also seek to balance their personal and professional lives.
3) What is your favourite memory of your mother (or someone who played that role in your life!)?
The memory or memories are many, among them that she was a very persevering and fighting woman, very enterprising, she didn't give up easily. Very self-sacrificing and dedicated to her children.
