La mayoría de nosotros trabajamos desde casa o en una oficina, sentados durante horas para realizar el trabajo. ¿Cuáles son los trucos o ejercicios que haces para reducir los desafíos sedentarios?

Y sí, yo por ejemplo casi siempre estoy en mi casa haciendo mis cosas, me toca salir cuando tengo que asistir a la universidad, y de hecho, cuando estoy en semestre es cuando estoy en constante movimiento, ya que me dirijo a la universidad, en ocasiones también tengo que salir a reunirme con mis compañeros o a comprar útiles para trabajos.
And yes, I for example am almost always at home doing my stuff, I have to go out when I have to attend college, and in fact, when I am in semester is when I am constantly on the move, as I am heading to college, sometimes I also have to go out to meet with my classmates or to buy supplies for jobs.

Es todo lo contrario cuando estoy de vacaciones, en ese tiempo me la paso en mi casa creando contenido o haciendo otras actividades, y lo que realizo para ejercitarme y despejarme es salir sola a caminar, ya sea que necesite algo, o solo porque quiero que mi cuerpo se ejercite.
It's the opposite when I'm on vacation, in that time I spend at home creating content or doing other activities, and what I do to exercise and clear my mind is to go for a walk by myself, whether I need something, or just because I want my body to exercise.

Creo que a pesar de estar siempre en casa nunca dejo de hacer ejercicios y estar en movimiento, el año pasado fui muchos meses al gym, y lo dejé por estar tan ocupada y por otras razones.
I think that even though I am always at home I never stop exercising and being on the move, last year I went to the gym for many months, and I stopped because I was so busy and for other reasons.

Sitting on a spot for hours isn't good for the health

I once had the negative effect of it and since then .I break my work hours...get other activities doing in between work.

I found that I spend far too much time online at my desk, some work related, online with my kids, even being on Hive (I'm such a slow writer) but getting up off my chair and going out for a walk, finish a chore, run an errand are at least activities for every 30 mins or more I try to keep. I can do more but I haven't fully recovered from my illness yet.
