1️⃣ ¿Cómo son tus hábitos alimenticios? ¿Tienes recetas de autocuidado favoritas? ¿Y sueles comer todo lo que te apetece?
En lo que se refiere a esta pregunta la verdad es que en mis 42 años de vida he acostumbrado a comer todo, sin realizar ningún tipo de dieta, mi contextura de joven siempre fue delgada, embarazada
de mi hijo mayor estaba en 42 kilos y con en el embarazo llegue a 60 kilogramos, pero con el paso de los años he subido un poco de peso y con la situación país, no tengo opción de escoger lo que me gusta o conviene comer sino, lo que se ajusta a mis ingresos en ese momento. Últimamente he tenido problemas de salud con los riñones y piedras en la vesícula, que en algún momento me obligaron a tener una dieta y eliminar algunos alimentos de mi ingesta diaria como: la pasta, el pan, los granos, harina de trigo, refresco, salsa, frituras, galletas, hamburguesas y perro caliente que eran unos de mis platillos preferidos, pero al ver que cambie mis hábitos y seguía igual decidí romper mi dienta, pero trato de comer muy poco estos alimentos que le hacen daño a mi cuerpo.

As far as this question is concerned, the truth is that in my 42 years of life I have used to eating everything, without following any type of diet, my build when I was young was always thin, pregnant
My eldest son's weight was 42 kilos and during pregnancy I reached 60 kilos, but over the years I have gained a little weight and with the country's situation, I have no option to choose what I like or should eat but , which fits my income at the time. Lately I have had health problems with my kidneys and gall stones, which at some point forced me to go on a diet and eliminate some foods from my daily intake such as: pasta, bread, grains, wheat flour, soda, sauce, fries, cookies, hamburgers and hot dogs, which were some of my favorite dishes, but seeing that I changed my habits and it remained the same, I decided to break my diet, but I try to eat very little of these foods that harm my body.
2️⃣ La mayoría de nosotros trabajamos desde casa o en una oficina, y pasamos horas sentados para hacer nuestro trabajo. ¿Qué trucos o ejercicios haces para reducir los desafíos del sedentarismo?
Bueno la verdad es que soy maestra y en mi trabajo en ocasiones estoy sentada, al momento de corregir las actividades pero el mayor tiempo lo paso parada, explicando las clases o pasándome por los asientos de mis estudiantes y en casa las labores del hogar, no me dan mucho espacio para estar sentada. También en ocasiones me animo con mi esposo a realizar ejercicios, tenemos un gimnasio casero en casa y allí hacemos una rutina de ejercicios de pierna tripces, bíceps, abdominales,espalda, brazo, hombro y trapecios. Hemos subido un poco de peso y ahora en enero volvimos a retomar nuestros ejercicios. En está ocasión les mostrare algunas fotografías de mi rutina de pierna y glúteos hago 4 series de 15 repeticiones.
Most of us work from home or in an office, and spend hours sitting down to get our work done. What tricks or exercises do you do to reduce the challenges of a sedentary lifestyle?
Well, the truth is that I am a teacher and at work I am sometimes sitting down, when I am correcting the activities, but most of the time I spend standing, explaining the classes or passing by the seats of my students and at home I do the housework, no. They give me plenty of space to sit. I also sometimes encourage myself and my husband to do exercises, we have a home gym at home and there we do a routine of leg exercises, triceps, biceps, abs, back, arm, shoulder and trapezius. We have gained a little weight and now in January we resumed our exercises. On this occasion I will show you some photographs of my leg and glutes routine. I do 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
