How I deal with difficult situations in my life/LOH Contesta 232

Hello to all the ladies of the Hive community. Today I'm sharing my entry for community contest 232, hosted by my friend @cautiva-30. I'm inviting my friend @giocondina and all the ladies in this community to participate. The question I chose to answer is the following:
There are moods that arise from how we deal with what happens to us, whether with resistance or acceptance. How do you deal with life's difficulties? How do you cope? Identify your mood here.
My mood is affected by the difficulties I face, that is, the magnitude of the problem. But I generally face it with acceptance. Because in life, difficulties will always arise that we must solve or try to solve in order to live in peace of mind. I know that I learn something from every situation that presents itself to me. Thank God, I have learned to manage my emotions. It hasn't been easy, but as I have matured emotionally, it has become easier for me to control them.
It's important to note that we can't avoid emotions; the key is that we must know how to manage them. And I've learned that. For example, if a situation presents itself and a negative emotion comes up, I begin my work by trying to prevent it from affecting my mood. I do this by taking several deep breaths, trying to calm down, analyzing why the situation arose, and trying to resolve it in the best way possible. It's not easy, but I've achieved all of this through meditation, conscious breathing, and other methods.
I've always said that we have to know how to live despite the situations we have to face and not let my mood be affected. And I try as much as possible to transform the negative into the positive, always relying on the tools I have to move forward. Always standing tall even when the road is difficult or winding. I know that we encounter challenges along the way that make me doubt my abilities. But I know that my ability to face these situations will depend on my strength to move forward and not let my mood be affected.

I agree with you that peace of mind is the key. Life always gives us a problem but by controlling emotions it will help us think about solutions to problems that arise. While panic will only add new problems.
