Contest Holozing | Soundtrack chosen for the game [Eng/Esp]
Nowadays, video games are a form of entertainment for children, teenagers, young people and adults. The hook that can be given in people, is attributed in part to an important element such as music.
Music is the link that connects with the story of the game and hints at the emotions that may develop between the characters involved. Listening to the game's music, the player can move from one scenario to another without any novelty because it becomes understandable to establish relationships.
Music has the power to change everything, not only in videogames, but in life itself, because it transforms the existing reality... For the above mentioned, I chose two videos of instrumental music, because I consider that they meet the conditions to be the soundtrack of the Holozing game.
The first video is by the artist and musician Leo Rojas, the song is called "El Condor Pasa", an iconic song because it expresses in its lyrics a desire for a better future, far from war, torture, longing for freedom. The sound of the song that I present to you is in accordance with the story of the Holozing game, since in the different scenarios the creatures will be able to fight and achieve victory, and will serve as inspiration to achieve what is desired.
Leo Rojas-El Cóndor Pasa (Videoclip)
The instrumental music of El Condor pasa is ideal because it can be combined with other sound effects, such as the sound of water, the voice of people, animals, among others, in such a way that it creates a connection with the characters. The condor passes propitiates an ideal environment in each level and its sound will keep the player connected to the game, in it will be immersed the emotions of suspense, excitement, joy, sadness, adventure...
For me, El Condor pasa is a soundtrack that has nothing to envy to anyone. It captivates the player's attention, the musical instrument used is the pan flute and the quena.
The other video I chose as a soundtrack is by the musician David Garrett with the song called Viva la vida. It is a cheerful sound that conveys hope, in Holozing will keep the player active and enthusiastic to continue in the game.
Advancing to the next level, overcoming the obstacles that appear, you will be able to enjoy to the maximum. Its lyrics and sound effects are an inspiration to change any prognosis in favor, the musical instrument used is a stringed violin.

Finally, I think that both videos have potential as video game soundtracks, either alone or merging the two, you can get the most benefit possible. Both videos make the player feel inspired, not bored, and the player will feel like a part of the virtual universe and will never want to leave.

En la actualidad, los videojuegos son una forma de diversión para niños, adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos. El enganche que se pueda dar en las personas, se lo atribuyó en parte a un elemento importante como lo es la música.
La música viene siendo ese vínculo que conecta con la historia del juego y da indicios de las emociones que se puedan desarrollar entre los personajes involucrados. Escuchando la música del juego, el jugador puede pasar de un escenario a otro sin novedad porque se le hace entendible para establecer relaciones.
Es que la música tiene ese poder de cambiarlo todo, no solo en los videojuegos, sino en la vida misma, porque transforma la realidad existente... Por lo antes mencionado, elegí dos videos de música instrumental, porque considero que reúnen las condiciones para ser la banda sonora del juego de Holozing.
El primer video es del artista y músico Leo Rojas, la canción tiene por nombre “El Cóndor Pasa”, canción icono por lo que expresa en su letra un deseo de futuro mejor, lejos de la guerra, la tortura, añorando la libertad. El sonido de la canción que les presento es acorde con la historia del juego de Holozing, ya que en los diferentes escenarios las criaturas podrán luchar y lograr la victoria, y servirá de inspiración para lograr lo que se desea.

La música instrumental de El Cóndor pasa es ideal porque se puede combinar con otros efectos de sonido, como por ejemplo el sonido del agua, la voz de personas, animales, entre otros, de tal forma que sé que se cree una conexión con los personajes. El cóndor pasa propicia un ambiente idóneo en cada nivel y su sonido mantendrá al jugador conectado con el juego, en él estarán inmersas las emociones de suspenso, emoción, alegría, tristeza, aventura…
Para mí, el Cóndor pasa es una banda sonora que no tiene nada que envidiarle a nadie. Ella cautiva la atención del jugador, el instrumento musical usado es de viento y es la flauta de pan y la quena.
El otro video que elegí como banda sonora es del músico David Garrett con la canción que tiene por nombre Viva la vida. Es un sonido alegre que transmite esperanza, en Holozing mantendrá activo al jugador y con entusiasmo para continuar en el juego.
Avanzando de nivel, venciendo los obstáculos que aparecen podrá disfrutar al máximo. Su letra y sonido con efectos son inspiración para cambiar a favor cualquier pronóstico, el instrumento musical usado es de cuerda y es el violín.

Para finalizar, pienso que los dos videos tienen potencial como banda sonora de videojuegos, ya sea solo o fusionando los dos, podrá sacar el mayor beneficio posible. Ambos videos hacen que el jugador se inspire, no este aburrido, y este a su vez se sentirá como un integrante del universo virtual y no querrá abandonar jamás.
