Dimensional nature || Naturaleza dimensional 🎨 Street Art #1 in Venezuela

Warm greetings to the members of the StreetArt Community,I am enthusiastic to join the weekly sharing of this imperious and haughty representation of art, which bursts and penetrates, conquering with property the most insipid spaces of our daily life, transforming them in elegance, distinction or irreverence in an urbanity that subjugates and submits to its designs. From my point of view, urban art is a giver and promoter of diversity, externalized through its palpable or contained multidimensionality, where as a potpourri of feelings, and emotions are intermingled in their narratives, generating multiple discourses and interpretations to the same artistic expression. For some time, I have been compiling inputs to share with you, the transcendence made art and creativity of my country, Venezuela. Today begins the journey.

On this occasion I present a mural of my community, in it the author of such an excellent artistic production is not visualized, leaving it to the elucubration of those who interact with it, perhaps it is the statement of a native artist or on the contrary a foreign one or perhaps a manifestation of the plurality of artists. What is certain is that it leaves us in the incognito, maintaining with zeal and dissimulation its identity, releasing in the wake, the interest to know it.

Saludos cordiales a los miembros de la Comunidad StreetArt, entusiasmada de sumarme al compartir semanal de esta imperiosa y altiva representación de arte, que irrumpe y penetra, conquistando con propiedad los espacios más insulsos y desabridos de nuestra cotidianeidad, transformándolos en prestancia, distinción o irreverencia, en una urbanidad que subyuga y se somete a sus designios. Desde mi mirada, el arte urbano, es en sí mismo un dador y propulsor de diversidad, exteriorizada a través de su multidimensionalidad palmaria o contenida, donde como un popurrí de sentimientos, se entremezclan las emocionalidades en sus narrativas, generando múltiples discursos e interpretaciones a una misma expresión artística. Desde hace algún tiempo, he venido compilando insumos para compartir con ustedes, la trascendencia hecha, arte y creatividad, de mi país, Venezuela. Hoy comienza el recorrido.

En esta ocasión les presento, un mural de mi comunidad, en él no se visualiza el autor de tan excelsa producción artística, dejándolo a la elucubración de quienes interactúan con él, quizás sea el enunciado de un artista oriundo o, por el contrario, uno foráneo o tal vez manifestación de la pluralidad de artistas. Lo que, si es cierto, es que nos deja en la incógnita, manteniendo con celo y disimulo su identidad, liberando en la estela, el interés de conocerlo.

I let myself be invaded by its locations and I offer myself the circumstance of observing with care and curiosity, without promptness and with ease, this solemn urban canvas, to indulge the emergence in me of sensations that imprint emotions, since its entrance is a declaration of intentions, full of color in all its illustration, as a disjunctive that urban art claims.

In this flow, emerge almost in unison, with dominance and authority, the force exerted on me by the shrewd and joyful saturated tones, exalted by the sophistication and elegance that doll up the majestic black color and, at the same time, burst with power, the multiplicity and plurality of expressed forms, where the geometric figures are outstanding, claiming the power of space. In this compendious jumble of elements, I search with interest for links and connections, and thus emerges sublime synchrony and harmony, which tells and translates a powerful story, which I have decided to call “Dimensional Nature”.

Me dejo invadir por sus locuciones y me ofrezco a la circunstancia de observar con esmero y curiosidad, sin prontitudes y con desenfado, este solemne tapiz urbano, para consentir y complacer la emergencia en mí, de sensaciones que estampan emociones. Pues desde su entrada es toda una declaración de intenciones, plagado de color en toda su ilustración, como una disyuntiva que el arte urbano reclama.

En este discurrir, emergen casi al unísono, con dominio y autoridad, la fuerza que ejercen sobre mí, los sagaces y dicharacheros tonos saturados, exaltados por la sofisticación y elegancia que emperifolla el majestuoso color negro y, al mismo tiempo, irrumpen con potencia, la multiplicidad y pluralidad de formas expresadas, donde sobresalen las figuras geométricas, reclamando el poderío del espacio. En este amasijo compendiado de elementos, busco con interés vínculos y conexiones, y así emerge una sublime sincronía y armonía, que relata y traduce una poderosa historia, a la que he decidido llamar “Naturaleza dimensional”.

Widening the glance to the colors and nourishing my perception, I appreciate how a cold and calm blue tone, sketched in different spectrums, is transmuted and enhanced by an energetic, cheerful, and strong yellow, printing with its torrid temperature, distinction, and height to the canvas, thus extolling and transforming a space formerly terse and lackluster, in a place full of color, where the artist conquers my attention with more than enough, through his instigating colorful provocation.

Ensanchando la ojeada a los colores y nutriendo mi percepción, aprecio como un frío y calmado tono azul, bosquejado en diferentes espectros, que es transmutado y potenciado, por un amarillo enérgico, alegre y fornido, imprimiendo con su tropical temperatura, distinción y altura al lienzo. Ensalza y transforma así un espacio antiguamente escueto y deslucido, en un lugar henchido de color, donde el artista conquista mi atención con creces, a través de su instigadora provocación colorista.

Going through the represented forms, I see a preponderance of geometric figures and, in my opinion, impregnated with cubist aesthetics, which is exhibited in its friendly intentionality, pretending its conjunction with the urban. Thus, circles, squares, and rectangles emerge as representations, together with curves and some simple shapes, conditioning the germination of fractioned structures, which are remade, reformed, and reunified, giving a greater sense to aesthetics, making it more complex and elevating it in multiple perspectives, undermining the traditional, but giving rise to an emerging dimension, which surrounds and caresses us with its visual language, full of color and aesthetics, conveying a message through its sublime history.

Transitando por las formas representadas, compruebo una preponderancia de figuras geométricas y, en mi opinión, impregnadas de la estética cubista, que se exhibe en su intencionalidad amigable, pretendiendo su conjunción con lo urbano. Es así que brotan los círculos, cuadrados y rectángulos como representaciones, junto a curvas y algunas formas simples. Se condiciona así el germinar de estructuras fraccionadas, que se rehacen, reforman y reunifican, dando un mayor sentido a la estética, complejizándola y elevándola en múltiples perspectivas. Esta expresión artística socava con alevosía lo tradicional, pero da lugar a una dimensión emergente, que nos envuelve y acaricia con su lenguaje visual, atestado de color y estética, transmitiéndonos un mensaje a través de su sublime historia.

It is a composition in which I unravel in its entirety, representative symbologies of the goodness that brings us the majestic nature, reflected by its beauty, in analogy to the beauty of women, represented in its forms, its numerous ecosystems, and ecological territories, full of magic and benefits in its heterogeneity, full of shades, contrasts and forms, with its plurality of plant and animal species, along with the sun and the moon, to generate harmony and fraternity of the dissimilar.

Es una composición en la que desentraño en su integralidad, simbologías representativas de las bondades que nos aporta la majestuosa naturaleza, reflejada por su beldad, en analogía a la belleza de la mujer. Se personifican en sus formas, sus numerosos ecosistemas y territorios ecológicos, llenos de magia y beneficios en su heterogeneidad, llenos de tonalidades, contrastes y formas, con su pluralidad de especies vegetales y animales, junto al sol y a la luna, para generar la concordia y fraternidad de lo desemejante.

The figure with hands up, can generate multiple significant codes, perhaps one of those that I manage to elucidate is the opening that gives us for their enjoyment and utility as human action, to work it and benefit from its soils, climates, and its wide diversity of species, which gives us everything that exists in it without meanness. This is how I visualize the representation of sowing and agriculture. But I also see another reading, at the other extreme, as a call of attention, to our erroneous and selfish actions that have generated alterations and damage to environments full of life, with which we have upset the balance. An exclamation that demands consideration, towards the care, preservation, and protection of its different natural environments.

La figura con las manos en alto, puede generar múltiples códigos significantes, quizás uno de los que logro dilucidar es la apertura que nos otorga para su disfrute y utilidad como acción humana, para trabajarla y beneficiarse de sus suelos, climas y de su vasta diversidad de especies, que nos regala todo lo que en ella existe sin mezquindades. Así visualizo la representación, de la siembra y la agricultura. Pero también traduzco otra lectura, al otro extremo, como un llamado de atención, por nuestras acciones erradas y egoístas que han generado alteraciones y daño a entornos llenos de vida, con las cuales hemos desajustado el equilibrio. Una exclamación, que demanda ponderación, hacia el cuidado, preservación y protección de sus diferentes ambientes naturales.

The accentuation and exaltation of the eyes is an expression of a call to the awareness that our ancestral beauty is generous, but not infinite. It is a resounding and ringing to the collective, to exalt the praxis of reason with action, that it is our responsibility to preserve its spatial dispositions, temples of inexhaustible meanings, on which the well-being of all depends.

La acentuación y exaltación de los ojos, es expresión de un llamado a la concienciación de que nuestra belleza ancestral es generosa, pero no infinita. Es un resonar y repicar a la colectividad, para exaltar la praxis de la razón con acción, que es nuestra responsabilidad preservar sus disposiciones espaciales, templos de inagotables significados, de los que depende el bienestar de todos.

We are part of nature and it is part of our world, it is an indissoluble bond, let us coexist in synergic association, in balance and with conscience.

Somos parte de la naturaleza y ella es parte de nuestra mundología, es un vínculo indisoluble, coexistamos en asociación sinérgica, en equilibrio y con conciencia.
