A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
• What I see : a see a kind of pinocchio-like figure within a circle-backslash symbol or a "do not" sign.
• What I feel : i feel the picture is trying to communicate, amongst many other things, that lying is prohibited.
The Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth
A hand on my chest,
And the other in the air,
And without a gun to my head,
The whole truth to bare,
Nothing but the truth to tell.
On the porch of the court,
The court of life's jury,
The jury of love,
Love as a Currie,
The currie of the Law.
If i must tell,
I tell of a way,
A way more perfect,
Perfect than the rules of faith,
faith in a soul's heaven.
I speak not parables,
Parables are but figures,
figures in these words are subtle,
Subtle and with no confusions,
Confusions on the truth i table.

I can see how the nose of the ghost image inspired your poem. I admire your use of the metaphor of a courtroom to delve into the idea of truth honesty and consideration in matters of agreement or contract. This is thought-provoking piece! Well done. !PIZZA
