Every Sunday afternoon we are getting together for small meetings where at first it was about @fullurban group meetings to create new themes, however, that was changing when new people were arriving with interest to join the group and to know about #hive at first only clarified doubts were discussed about Hive and we continued making music later that was changing more people and more young people approached and we no longer had enough time so we decided to make some changes, Sundays are no longer to create music now are only to enter new hivers as we do not have enough time we only dedicate it to the new hivers.

Nobody believed in this idea but it is getting stronger and is attracting more people than I expected, that is why we decided that Sundays are for that to work with those new members who come with fresh ideas and desire to learn. This idea of working this way has brought good response that is why this marketing idea is working better and faster than the one I was using before, I have realized that we must innovate and it is necessary and mandatory, it is all about reaching people and each one is different so we must make methods that are liked by everyone so that the message reaches more people.
