Let's go shopping for fruit

Fruit... fruit... and fruit are words that in the past year have always been familiar to me, even when there is still a supply of fruit but there is only one type left, I will not hesitate to shop again so that my supply of fruit in the refrigerator is sufficient for me. Mix some fruit to make into my smoothies and healthy snacks of course. However, getting closer to fruit is not easy because at first I preferred cassava chips, potatoes and other snacks. but there was a point where I had to stop and I realized that these foods were not healthy and that they could be a bad investment for my health in the future.



and it turns out that all the options, armed with the information I got from the internet and other healthy recipes, little by little I started to change my lifestyle, especially regarding food and a little exercise and now my husband also supports my program, which at first was still very difficult. to be implemented. Just imagine how in the past we always made or bought fruit juice mixed with quite a lot of granulated sugar. However, now that we know some tips, it turns out that making smoothies or fruit juice without using granulated sugar also has a natural sweetness that doesn't hurt the base of our tongue or throat.



When this contest was held I already had several fruit collections and however I would buy more apples to stock my smoothies. and apples are one of the fruits that must be in my refrigerator because apples are one of the fruits that make a natural sweet taste in each of my smoothies. The price is also not too expensive. In my opinion, this apple is very suitable for mixing any smoothies and cakes without sugar and eggs. As additional information, the use of apples that are boiled and then mashed will be a substitute for eggs when we are making a Vegan cake. and have you ever tried this? I have and one day I will share the recipe with all of you in this community.



and the way to store this fruit is also quite easy for me, just put it in the refrigerator without peeling the skin and it can last for 3 weeks. I have proven it myself because I always stock this fruit in my refrigerator until the next monthly shopping. and not only apples, I also have kedondong fruit which I pick myself from the garden and every day I pick it directly and I eat it with a little salt because the taste of kedondong is a little sour so to reduce the sour taste I use salt to consume it.



and there is another local fruit that is still in high harvest at the moment, namely red dragon fruit, the price of which is quite cheap per kilogram, namely Rp. 14,000 or only 1 U$ dollar. The taste is sweet and very suitable for diet programs. What kind of fruit do you like to buy? and have you consumed a lot of fruit? That was my trip to shop for fruit. I also love fruit juices and they are much healthier than the ones sold in supermarkets, lately here at home we also buy apples with them I make compotes for my mom and also healthy atoles.
