Wow, that’s a style that I didn’t expect to find… Let’s see the Pinta of the month!

Last week I went on a brief family trip with my family and of course I had the idea of making it even better! I visited one of my trusted craft beer shops and wanted to pick something special.

I have tried the Pinta beers before too and I have never experienced a bad brew, so I headed towards their beers. I saw a relatively boring looking can which was labeled as Pinta of the Month, Go Deeper, Brut IPA!

I was shocked! Have you ever tried a brut beer? I remember this style gained popularity about 6-7 years ago but nowadays there aren’t many beers that are classified as Brut.

I even tried brewing a Brut IPA at home, because there wasnt wide availability at the moment. Brut IPAs are relatively difficult to ferment, because the final Sugar content has to be extremely low… thats how these taste so dry! But… the beer yeast does not have the ability to process all the sugars, leaving the beer with a good amount of body and malty sweetness.

Fermenting a brut beer requires the addition of enzymes, which breaks the complex sugars into easily digestable for the hungry yeast. And I have to tell you, that when I grabbed this beer, I went back in time when I enjoyed a Brut IPA at home.

Bringing the beer with us, at the hotel, gave me the opportunity to take some cool photos in a different environment, with different than my usual home backgrounds. Different lamps also gave me different choice of light sources, which made some of the photos more epic looking!

About the beer… it looks brilliant! This beer style is difficult to store and the contact with oxygen can spoil this golden liquid remarkably fast. When it starts to get brownish, cardboard like, then your game is over! Luckily, this one was looking (and smelling) divine!

With such brilliant looks, you cannot expect something different from perfect, tastewise. With a great amount of fresh citrus hops, my glass was an IPA hop bomb.

In the mouth, this beer was extremely dry, expectedly, leaving the main focus on the tasty fruitful hops. And of course, these brilliant looks! Will you refuse a beer so tasty looking?

This was the ultimate pleasure, given the fact that the vacation was going more than perfect.

Time for some more photos and game with lights?

Do you like how this Brut IPA looks? Have you ever tried a beer like this? I was extremely happy that I found and decided to grab this can and bring it with me. It was like the perfect place to enjoy this gem.

That’s for today. See you soon and have a happy week! See you soon, bye!
