On this day, i had an early cravings for fresh fish specifically catfish pepper soup however, i do not want to succumbed to buying it from restaurant or "Bukka" (like we usually call it here) because, it wouldn't quite fill my big stomach, i wanted to thoroughly satisfy myself, filling the emptiness of my tummy with chunk of flesh until it reached the brim.

And instead of getting the fish in an open market, i headed to the riverine area closest to me so as to get the fish at a cheaper price and also to do "point and kill".
(Point and kill is when you get to choose from different species of life fishes then afterwards the fishmonger will help you with the killing- its part of their services, they do not collect any extra charge for that )
I bought other ingredients needed to prepare the pepper soup and dashed home.

Writing about it now, made me wish i took pictures during and after the preparation, so you can all see the mouthwatering outcome but i couldn't because, upon getting home i was so busy with the preparation that it skipped my mind.
Hopefully,if there's a next time, I'll make sure not to forget again.
