RE: Business idea: Cold Drinks, Water and Pay-to-charge Business

I've always had this angry thought, why can't they just have cold drinks even if there's no electricity? I mean, everywhere is hot and the best any business person in that line should think is making sure they always have cold drinks.

I bet some people would even pay more to get a chilled drink, they should take advantage of it. Not sure about pay to charge business but I see people flourishing in it.
