This morning was frosty, and I saw little birds close to a shop. They chirped in delight, a sack of sweets had been left outside. They crowded around the surprise treat without any delay. Their little beaks nibbled at the sweetness, making a heartwarming picture of winter happiness. As they were sharing thesweets, their feathers rubbed against each other because it was cold outside. In that simple instant, the tiny birds made a cold morning joyful and inspiring by transforming an ordinary winter day into something beautiful found in small things we least expect to be pleasurable.
