Feliz sábado para todas las damas de la comunidad, hoy me alegra tener el placer de realizar mi participación para el concurso comunitario.

2️⃣ ¿Cómo te sientes cuando estás solo y tienes que responder a tus pensamientos? Es posible que hayas compartido cosas en el pasado con tu madre, abuela o hermana, alguien que ya no está contigo. ¿Te diriges a ellos y les preguntas qué dirían si estuvieran contigo hoy? Comparte esos pensamientos y miedos internos que llevas en tu corazón.

Soy una persona analítica, mis pensamientos son esenciales en mi desarrollo, sobretodo en los momentos que debo tomar una decisión importante, es ahí cuando recuerdo los consejos de mis padres y abuelos, es como un manual que ellos dejaron en mis recuerdos, para ayudarme afrontar las diferentes situaciones de la vida.

Aunque me gusta conversar, me reservo muchos de mis pensamientos, trato de tener un espacio para analizar y tomar decisiones en solitario, aunque muchas de estas veces, estás decisiones dependen de varios, como es el caso familiar donde consulto con mi esposo, pero antes de plantear algunas de mis ideas, trato de establecer futuros resultados en mis pensamientos, para tener en claro lo que quiero o lo que considero que es mejor para todos.

Pensar en solitario es la forma de conectarme con mi yo interior, saber lo que quiero o lo que me gusta en realidad, incluso el pensamiento me lleva a conocerme mejor, considero que gracias a los pensamientos podemos surgir y crecer, gracias a la automotivación, está es una herramienta muy esencial para los seres humanos.

2️⃣ How do you feel when you are alone and have to respond to your thoughts? You may have shared things in the past with your mother, grandmother, or sister, someone who is no longer with you. Do you turn to them and ask them what they would say if they were with you today? Share those inner thoughts and fears that you carry in your heart.

I am an analytical person, my thoughts are essential in my development, especially in the moments when I have to make an important decision, that is when I remember the advice of my parents and grandparents, it is like a manual that they left in my memories, to help me face the different situations in life.

Although I like to talk, I keep many of my thoughts to myself. I try to have a space to analyze and make decisions alone, although many of these times, these decisions depend on several people, as is the case with my family where I consult with my husband, but before putting forward some of my ideas, I try to establish future results in my thoughts, to be clear about what I want or what I consider to be best for everyone.

Thinking alone is the way to connect with my inner self, to know what I want or what I really like, even thinking leads me to know myself better, I consider that thanks to thoughts we can emerge and grow, thanks to self-motivation, this is a very essential tool for human beings.
