¡Saludos amigos! Para la semana numero 281 del concurso de arte de splinterlands el Fan Art que he realizado está inspirado en la carta Helheim Demon.

Helheim Demon

---

Provenientes de un reino infernal que encontró su fin en el vientre del dios oscuro Uul, los demonios de Helheim se unieron a las legiones del Caos bajo el mando del archidemonio Barashkukor. Ahora, estas manifestaciones de muerte y decadencia sirven en la legión de demonios del archienemigo, donde nada disfrutan mejor que difundir el frío abrazo de la mortalidad.

Y con la creciente resistencia en Splinterlands, tienen muchas oportunidades de hacer lo que disfrutan.

Hailing from an infernal realm that found its end in the belly of the dark god Uul, Helheim demons joined the legions of Chaos under the heel of the archfiend Barashkukor. Now, these manifestations of death and decay serve in the archfiend's legion of demons, where they enjoy nothing better than spreading the cold embrace of mortality.

Helheim Demon fué hecho usando la técnica del Pixel Art, arte digital, como se puede observar, mi ilustración básicamente consistió en un ente demoníaco alado, de grandes cuernos y piel con tonos rojos.

Helheim Demon was made using the Pixel Art technique, digital art, as you can see, my illustration basically consisted of a winged demonic entity, with large horns and skin with red tones.

Proceso | Process

Parto de un boceto, al cuál le agregué todos los elementos que caracterizan al personaje de la carta, en este caso Helheim Demon.

I start from a sketch, to which I added all the elements that characterize the character of the card, in this case Helheim Demon.

Se le aplica el color base a la piel del personaje, para lo cual uso un tono rojo.

The base color is applied to the character's skin, for which I use a red tone.

Esta vez no comencé con la piel en general, sino que quise trabajar primero con toda el area de la cabeza y la cara, así que empiezo agregando un sombreado.

This time I didn't start with the skin in general, but I wanted to work with the entire head and face area first, so I start by adding shading.

De acuerdo a mi proceso habitual de dibujo, después del sombreado me ocupo de la iluminación, agrego luces con los colores claros correspondientes.

According to my usual drawing process, after shading I take care of lighting, adding lights with corresponding light colors.

Completo el coloreado de los ojos y boca, le doy una expresión un poco agresiva, un gesto mostrando los dientes.

I complete the coloring of the eyes and mouth, giving it a slightly aggressive expression, a gesture showing the teeth.

Una vez lista toda la estructura de la cara, lo siguiente es el coloreado de los cuernos.

Once the entire structure of the face is ready, the next thing is the coloring of the horns.

Y ahora si comienzo a trabajar el resto de la piel, desde el cuello hacia abajo, como pudieron notar se trata de un personaje musculoso, asi que lo primero que hago es definir con algunas sombras sus musculos, creando profundidad.

And now I start working on the rest of the skin, from the neck down, as you could see this is a muscular character, so the first thing I do is define his muscles with some shadows, creating depth.

Usé un tramado de pixeles en algunas zonas del sombreado, para hacer la degradación de los colores.

I used a pixel dither in some areas of the shading, to make the colors fade.

Luego seguí con la iluminación.

Then I continued with the lighting.

Y por último, el coloreado de las alas y los demás elementos restantes.

And finally, the coloring of the wings and the other remaining elements.

No me enfoqué en un fondo tan complejo, hice algo bastante simple y plano, solo rodee el contorno del personaje con tonos anaranjados y rojos.

I didn't focus on such a complex background, I made something quite simple and flat, just surrounded the outline of the character with orange and red tones.
