Hope for a Darker World (CANCER PATIENT FUNDRAISING)

Living in this world is a gift and once a lifetime amazing opportunity. Although, challenges are sometimes too heavy that cannot be carried alone. Sometimes problems weigh too much more than solutions. There are also those times that we are at the edge of life and thinking of giving up but you know we can’t do that, especially when we still have people not to be left behind.

Nathaniel Abarico is just 31 years old, a father of 3 children and a husband of a student. He was wielder before he got diagnosed with a Brain Tumour just weeks ago. Obviously, he and his family are struggling to have a certain amount of money for his medication. The expert told his family for an immediate operation, hoping for a recovery. Who wouldn’t want to live, right? Especially that his children are still young and his wife is needing support to raise their children together.

I’ve been seeing posts and shared posts about seeking help. There are also those quite popular pages in our province that have been doing fundraising. Of course, when a number of people are doing it with the same purpose. The amount needed will be lower and lower until a desired amount will be reached. Sadly, they need a huge amount, it was written in the post and it’s about 1.2 million pesos or 20,000 USD. That’s not an ordinary amount that can be had for an ordinary person with just a minimum salary.

We offer or give a smaller amount which will be affordable for us. I said sorry to them but I know it’s not much but I hope this post can gain audiences that might be willing to help. I hope some people will understand the situation the patients have been through. I hope they will give hope for that person to keep on fighting and living. He still has a family waiting for him when he returns home.

Also, I’ve been thinking of doing an event since my photographer friend tagged me for a cause. And since I’ve been in the photography industry why not. There’s not much we can offer and obviously it will be just capturing moments to someone with any amount they can donate. I hope this will be successful so that we can earn a bigger amount to give to the patient’s family.

By the way, below is the screenshot of a patient’s family account. You can contact them directly or we hold a conversation to talk about what we can do.
