A story of passion for birds. / Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

The photos are my entry to the #monomad contest from @monochromes and @brumest.

Greetings dear friends

A little more than 5 months ago I learned about a magnificent bird they had in captivity, a Red-tailet Hawk, which in Cuba are common, but they are usually hunted to use their feathers for religious purposes.

As lovers of birds in the wild, that made me very sad, but just a few days ago I found out that he had been rescued for care and release. I couldn't have been happier, and I immediately sought out the good Samaritan named Daniel to praise his good deed.

The bird was malnourished and the plumage in critical condition, he told me, little by little it must be fed and taught to hunt so that it can be released into its natural environment.

It is obvious that I asked him to take some pictures. The bird is impressive, with a unique strength in his eyes, what can I say, I was delighted.

It is wonderful that there are people with such generosity towards other living beings. I trust they will multiply. For now, I will keep an eye on the bird's recovery and we already have plans for Daniel to give a talk at my school about bird protection.

Thank you friends, for stopping by and reading my post. For me it is a blessing to be able to share photographic experiences, I say goodbye, but I will be back soon with more stories. See you later and have a happy day. See you all.

What nice shots, it is certainly a very beautiful bird, although on the other hand it is very wrong that one the human being always wants to exterminate everything for banal reasons. It is a species that must be taken care of because it is part of our habitat, it is our own nature.

Indeed my friend, it is a sad reality that I can see every day where I live, many birds are hunted by people for banal reasons, so we educate about the need for care and protection of nature.
