Greetings, fellow photography lovers:

The week is almost over and, once again, I'm here to share with you some of my most recent photographs and the tricks to take them.
Nature photography, besides being a lot of fun, requires preparation and discipline, like all photographic genres. Today I am going to give you some tips that will be very useful if you want to get started in this world.

Ya casi termina la semana y, nuevamente, estoy aquí para compartir con ustedes algunas de mis fotografías más recientes y los trucos para hacerlas.
La fotografía de naturaleza, además de ser muy divertida, requiere preparación y disciplina, como todos los géneros fotográficos. Hoy les voy a dar algunos consejos que les serán muy útiles si quieren iniciarse en este mundo.

Photographing birds can be a very attractive challenge, but it is necessary to know beforehand that this discipline requires preparation and that it is essential to know the birdlife that inhabits the place where we are, the characteristics that define these species and their habits, if we want to succeed in our task.

Fotografiar aves puede llegar a ser un reto muy atractivo, pero es necesario conocer de antemano que esta disciplina requiere preparación y que es fundamental conocer la avifauna que habita en el lugar que estamos, las características que definen a estas especies y sus costumbres, si queremos tener éxito en nuestra tarea.

It is necessary to take into account all the elements present in our environment and look for the best possible composition, which will bring dynamism and descriptiveness to our photos.

Es necesario tener en cuenta todos los elementos presentes en nuestro entorno y buscar la mejor composición posible, lo que aportará dinamismo y descriptividad a nuestras fotos.

Focus is fundamental in nature photography and, in the case of birds, even more so, since it is always necessary that, at least, the bird's eye is well focused. I know it's complicated, because birds are constantly moving, but that's the challenge.

El enfoque es fundamental en la fotografía de naturaleza y, en el caso de las aves, aún más, ya que siempre es necesario que, al menos, el ojo del ave esté bien enfocado. Ya sé que es complicado, porque las aves están en constante movimiento, pero ahí está el reto.

There are two great tips for finding birds to photograph: first, look for water sources, since in the early hours of the day and in the hottest hours they go there to drink and bathe. We can also look for branches in the shade, because they find rest there.

Hay dos consejos geniales para encontrar aves que se dejen fotografiar: primero, buscar fuentes de agua, ya que en las primeras horas del día y en las horas más calurosas van allí a beber y bañarse. También podemos buscar ramas en la sombra, porque allí encuentran descanso.

It is crucial to measure the light and set up the camera before the bird appears, taking into account the location and its vegetation. Birds are curious and it is very likely that they will see the intruder, even if only from a distance. Then we take the opportunity to take a picture of them at that moment, of course, we must be agile.

Es crucial medir la luz y preparar la cámara antes de que el ave aparezca, teniendo en cuenta el lugar y su vegetación. Las aves son curiosas y es muy probable que lleguen a ver al intruso, aunque solo sea a la distancia. Entonces aprovechamos para hacerles la foto en ese momento, eso sí, hay que ser ágiles.

Finally, we must be attentive because other species, such as butterflies or insects, may arrive. For example, with butterflies we can do the following: we should not chase them, we should let them perch and, with patience, approach them.

Por último, debemos estar atentos porque pueden llegar otras especies, como mariposas o insectos. Por ejemplo, con las mariposas podemos hacer lo siguiente: no debemos perseguirlas, debemos dejarlas posar y, con paciencia, acercarnos.
