My little moments of canine therapy / Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Greetings dear friends

When I started doing pet photography, I came to rethink many times if it would be economically profitable given the small market in my city. But after a while I have come to understand that doing this is very therapeutic. Just looking at these puppies and dealing with them is enough to fill you with joy. Today I share with you some of those pictures that I enjoyed taking, I hope you like them too.

Cuando comencé a hacer fotografía de mascotas, me llegué a replantear muchas veces si sería económicamente rentable dado el poco mercado en mi ciudad. Pero después de un tiempo he llegado a entender que hacer esto es muy terapéutico. Basta mirar estos cachorros y tratar con ellos para llenarte de alegrías. Hoy les comparto algunas de esas fotos que tanto disfruté de hacer, espero que también les gusten.

I like French bulldogs because they are very friendly, and their puppies are cute. The parents are always taking care of them without being aggressive and that is good for the photographer.

El bulldog francés me gusta porque es muy amigable, y sus cachorros tiernos. Los padres siempre están cuidándoles sin llegar a ser agresivos y eso es bueno para el fotógrafo.

Each breed has its characteristic demeanor, and looking for those postures can be complex in puppies due to the stress of seeing new people, therefore, it is quite a challenge.

Cada raza tiene su porte característico, y buscar esas posturas puede ser complejo en los cachorros por el estrés de ver personas nuevas, por lo tanto, es todo un desafío.

Sometimes I have to repeat the photos after several days because they raised their ears or simply assume the typical postures of their breed.

En ocasiones que debo repetir las fotos después de varios días porque levantaron las orejas o simplemente vas asumiendo posturas típicas de su raza.

This last one was not exactly a puppy, his owner wanted to photograph him to find him a girlfriend, but he literally took the prize for how attractive he was, with a small anomaly that made his tongue stick out a little, but that gave him more personality, or at least made us laugh a lot.

Este último no era precisamente un cachorro, su dueño quería fotografiarle para buscarle novia, pero literalmente se llevó el premio por lo atractivo que era, con una pequeña anomalía que hacía saliera un poco la lengua, pero eso le daba más personalidad, o al menos nos hizo reír bastante.
