For artists it is essential to rethink every year, evaluate what we did during the outgoing year, and thus, set the next goals. Para los artistas es fundamental replantearse cada año, evaluar que hicimos durante el año saliente, y así, establecer los próximos objetivos. Según nuestro balance, los propósitos pueden ser hacer un nuevo lanzamiento, un nuevo videoclip, estudiar más teoría musical, cierta cantidad de conciertos, entre otros. During the month of January we tend to get a little reflective after the end of another year. This feeling can be very beneficial to project ourselves for the new year that is just beginning. Sometimes, we find it difficult to organize our mind with so many ideas all together. However, specialists in the area of personal development advise writing down our goals and objectives. On the other hand, science has shown that people who write down their goals are more likely to achieve them; of course, all this combined with a great deal of planning and action. It is a responsibility and commitment to ourselves if we do not want the new year's goals to be just a dream.

Durante el mes de enero solemos ponernos un poco reflexivos tras el final un año más. Este sentimiento puede ser muy beneficioso para proyectarnos para el nuevo año que apenas comienza. En ocasiones, nos resulta complejo organizar nuestra mente con tantas ideas juntas. Sin embargo, especialistas en el área del desarrollo personal aconsejan escribir nuestras metas y objetivos. Por otro lado, la ciencia ha demostrado que las personas que escriben sus metas tienen más posibilidades de alcanzarlas; por supuesto, todo ello combinado con una gran dosis de planificación y acción. Committing ourselves to our goals will always, always be worth it. All the effort we make, will not be in vain at any time, it will always be a gain to be a little better every day. It is recommended to keep in mind that having clear goals to achieve must be specific in order to establish a path of action, so that we can give us an adequate and realistic time to achieve that goal. It is important to set a timetable to advance a little each day in a consistent way, so we can measure our evolution with respect to the proposed goal.

Comprometernos con nuestras metas siempre, siempre valdrá la pena. Todo el esfuerzo hagamos, no será en vano en ningún momento, siempre será una ganancia para ser un poco mejor cada día. Sometimes we get carried away by the desire and momentum of the coming year, we keep many expectations, so we get carried away by these emotions and do not prioritize our goals, we disperse and fail to focus on one goal at a time. It will always be complex to meet all the objectives at the same time, however, with good organization, and depending on the type of goal or objective, we can move forward with small steps towards what we want. A perpetual positive attitude benefits us and keeps us with a good attitude.

En ocasiones nos dejamos llevar por el deseo y el impulso del año entrante, mantenemos muchas expectativas, por lo que nos dejamos llevar por estas emociones y no priorizamos nuestros objetivos, nos dispersamos y dejamos de enfocarnos en un objetivo a la vez. Siempre resultará complejo atender todos los objetivos a la vez, a pesar de ello, con buena organización, y según el tipo de meta u objetivo, podemos avanzar con pequeños pasos hacia aquello que queremos. Es importante exigirse, pero canalizando nuestra energía, así evitamos el agotamiento y la procrastinación. Fuera de la música, muchas veces, la rutina del día a día nos agobia, tenernos paciencia en importante, ser compasivos consigo mismo nos alivia el ánimo para poder mantener una buena actitud de enfoque al momento de trabajar en nuestros objetivos. One of our main objectives is to increase traffic and audience engagement. We also hope to promote participation by creating contests, polls and discussion forums. In addition, we want to cover the local music scene, promote different music genres and create a strong community of music lovers. We are aware that it is not an easy job, however, we are motivated by the challenge of running a digital music magazine. We hope to share the latest music news, both locally and internationally. This includes coverage of new releases, tours, festivals and music events.

This will help ensure that the content is relevant and consistent. Finally, we want to use social media to promote our content and engage in conversations with readers. Music is a constantly evolving art form, and music magazines should reflect this evolution. To this end, it is important for music magazines to explore innovative topics that are relevant to their audience. We are receptive to their opinions, interests and proposals. Some topics we could address are music technology, the social impact of music, music and different cultural manifestations, mental health, and music as an effective tool to educate.
