Hola, un saludo a todos el día de hoy vengo a mostrarle cómo hice un pastel de cambur

Para este pastel de banana o cambur vamos a utilizar los siguientes ingredientes:
✓200g de azúcar morena
✓200g de harina leudante
✓200g de mantequilla
✓100g de chispa de chocolate
✓400g de cambur
✓3 unidades de huevo

For this banana or banana cake we are going to use the following ingredients:
✓200g brown sugar ✓200g self-rising flour ✓200g butter ✓100g chocolate chip ✓400g of banana ✓3 units of egg

Preparación:
En un bol vamos a agregar la mantequilla y el azúcar y vamos a revolver hasta diluir la mantequilla en un 50%

Luego de esto vamos a agregar los tres huevos y seguimos revolviendo

Después de haber incorporado los huevos y de seguir removiendo agregamos el cambur que ya lo tenemos triturado

Seguimos incorporando los ingredientes y ahora es el turno de la harina agregamos la harina de trigo leudante y seguimos revolviendo hasta lograr una masa bastante suave
We continue incorporating the ingredients and now it is the flour's turn. We add the self-rising wheat flour and continue stirring until we achieve a fairly soft dough.

En este punto vamos a agregar el ingrediente final que son la chispas de chocolate
At this point we are going to add the final ingredient, which is the chocolate chips.

Y ya al final incorporamos bien nuestros ingredientes y echamos la mezcla en una tortera y llevamos al horno a 180 grados centígrados a cocinar por 2 horas aproximadamente.
And at the end we incorporate our ingredients well and pour the mixture into a cake pan and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius to cook for approximately 2 hours.
Sacamos del horno y es así como logramos cocinar un delicioso pastel de cambur con chispas de chocolate.
