The Citykleta bicipiknic in Photos (+ video)

avatar
(Edited)

In yesterday's post I announced that I was going on a picnic. I even edited it and included a photo I took there with my phone, and two more in the comments. My friend the Panasonic Lumix accompanied me and I was able to take some better quality ones to share with you the good vibe of this event.
Any excuse to ride a bike is a good excuse, but the last bicipiknic of the year was really great.
You may ask: why bicipiknic? See the announcement of the event on the Citykleta website. Personal branding stuff, I guess.
My passion fruit juice was much appreciated. Lol. What a joy when out of the crowd a stranger appeared to offer me a piece of lemon pie. Mmmmmm... how tasty it was! It had been a while since I had eaten this sweet treat.
Everyone was sharing their food in a super nice and cheerful atmosphere, even if they didn't know each other. It was an opportunity to engage in conversation.

The topics are so diverse there, but mostly they talk about bicycles and adventures. Memories and laughter, things that bring joy to the heart.

This police dog had to secure the perimeter hahaha....

Between missions, it also took its breaks.

Hello, my friend, here's something healthy for you too.

I loved the performances of DJ Drew and the Ashé Mangón Duo. Especially these guys who surprised me a lot with their interpretation of a song by David Torrens: El bufón y el Trágico.

My friend's Panasonic Lumix G10 is not very good in low light conditions, I can't raise the ISO to more than 800. Even at that setting the photos come out very noisy and even the best editing software can't fix that.

But... I used the opportunity to take some low-speed shots. Adversity is transformed into creativity.

And sweeps! 😁

The bicipiknic started at 3pm and I arrived 1 hour later. I was lost for half an hour trying to find the place. The bad thing about that time is that it starts to get dark at 5 o'clock.

And to conclude, the video I'm sharing with you was filmed in one shot, with no cuts or edits.

Did someone say lemon pie? 🦉

Where there are common tastes, there are good talks and good times hehe ups, you got lost, maybe Buhito diverted you from the path on purpose and you did not realize it 🦉

You know, I listened to the video in normal speed and in 1.25, the music in 1.25 transported me to another dimension haha my God 😲

Yes, I felt a feathery energy around me and actually had a great time lost as well. Wait, I'll show you a picture of the place where I got lost.

And if you hear it with less speed you will surely reach Havana. Hahaha... 🤣

Well... you're a bit late but the pictures are great... that's what happens when you go for a walk in Malaga first hahahaha

😂 The Picnic was from 3pm to 8pm... I was there for three hours and a bit... I think that for a first time it was not bad. Lol.

So you liked the photos? I didn't move that much. I was a bit lazy with my Frida Kahlo cushion. 😃

To be able to take better pictures with that camera (My Lumix) and not get noisy like the second one, I would need a tripod, to be able to use a slower shutter speed and lower the ISO. But I didn't have a tripod... and well, you can see that it comes out with dots. It can be corrected more in editing but it loses sharpness. And well... nothing. I have to start thinking about another camera.

Muchas gracias @avdesing.

Abrazo y buenas noches.

Taking pictures at a picnic always leaves some beautiful and spontaneous results, but I must say that my favorite pictures are the ones where the dogs come out, especially the one that tries to get on the bike, haha. Beautiful work!

Thank you very much. Yes, it's very relaxed and you always get good material... if you are attentive. I could have done a lot more, but I didn't want to be taking pictures all the time either. So I took a few and spent more time enjoying myself and chatting.
Dogs always catch my attention. I have a few videos. I haven't seen them... maybe I'll do something later.
