Although sincerely this topic is quite broad, I know only the most general, for me the empowerment of women has to do with willpower, with the desire to move forward without having to be obligated to someone else, empowerment for me goes beyond just having a job and being in society, this is the way we have many of getting ahead with our own effort, to opt and be welcome to a type of work in general, but that over time has been changing as women do much more than what they did before. Empowerment means to achieve goals and continue life without obligation to anyone, to undertake without fear of anything, to risk and get what we deserve, sincerely for me empowerment is courage, from a personal point of view I consider myself an empowered woman, a woman without risk who lives, loves and enjoys what she does, today I am the happiest and freest woman, I feel lucky for what I have and what I am, also for what I am building on the road, although sometimes I have stumbles, I get up and continue the march.

In our past the woman was based only on being at home waiting for her husband, because according we were from home and did not have access to work as we are now seeing, but today that changed, also the vision of things took another perspective, from my personal experience there were certain points that made me what I am today, perhaps the way to get ahead by my means made me strong, although I am not the most followed example, I can say that I am enough for empowerment. Today I can say that I love what I do and my work helps me to create, innovate and continue, I like to reach out to others, and give advice, even if they are not always the best and do not take it, but I like the freedom, peace and tranquility, also seeing everything from this angle I can say that part of what I dreamed, I have achieved and I still have a way to go, I am always grateful for what I am and what I have.

Aunque sinceramente este tema es bastante amplio, sé solo lo mas general, para mi el empoderamiento de la mujer tiene que ver con la fuerza de voluntad, con las ganas de seguir adelante sin tener que estar obligada a otra persona,  empoderamiento para mi va mas allá de solo tener un trabajo y estar en la sociedad, esta en la forma que tenemos muchas de salir adelante con nuestro propio esfuerzo, de poder optar y ser bienvenida a un tipo de trabajo en general, pero eso con el tiempo ha venido cambiando ya que la mujer hace mucho más que lo que hacia antes.  Empoderamiento significa lograr las metas y continuar la vida sin tener obligación con nadie, en emprender sin miedo a nada, de arriesgar y conseguir lo que merecemos, sinceramente para mi el empoderamiento es valentía, desde lo personal considero que soy una mujer empoderada, una mujer sin riesgo que vive, ama y disfruta lo que hace, hoy en día soy la mujer más feliz y libre, me siento afortunada por lo que tengo y lo que soy, ademas por lo que voy construyendo en el camino, que aunque a veces tenga tropiezos, me levanto y continuo la marcha.


En nuestro pasado la mujer se basaba solo en estar en casa a la espera de su marido, porque según eramos de la casa y no teníamos acceso al trabajo como ahora se edta viendo, pero hoy en día eso cambio, además la visión de las cosas tomaron otra perspectiva, desde mi experiencia personal hubo ciertos puntos que hicieron que fuera lo que soy hoy en día, quizás la forma de salir adelante por mis medios me hizo fuerte, aunque no soy la más seguida de ejemplo, puedo decir que soy suficiente para el empoderamiento. Hoy en día puedo decir que amo lo que hago y mis trabajos me ayudan a crear, innovar y seguir, me gusta poder llegar a otros, y dar consejos, aunque no siempre sean los mejores y no lo tomen, pero me gusta la libertad, la paz y tranquilidad, ademas viendo todo desde este ángulo puedo decir que parte de lo que soñé, lo he logrado y aun me falta un trecho, siempre agradezco por lo que soy y lo que tengo.

To all the young women who read me, I can advise them, to look for more of them, to allow them to explore their senses and to take risks in life, not to depend on anyone and work for their dreams, so they can see the fruits of their efforts, to enjoy life and think well before acting, also not to be trampled by anyone in this life, much less by a man, because although we do not see it we always have an open door for our future, but we do not see it. When a woman is a warrior, bold and independent, everything by her side is easy to over carry, always the only one to seek their north and enjoy, life is only one and perhaps we will not remember this in the next, so forget what distracts us and start looking for the north of life, an advice I would also give them would be that from very early seek independence with their own means, it is a healing freedom for the soul for those of us who like to get ahead.

An advice is never too much, it is always good to listen to those who already have an experience and a traveled road, to those who with effort seek the best for your life, I am not the most indicated, but the little I have is with effort, for me to have a person by my side, is to get ahead in being together but not to keep my life as it is bad when we are in that situation, so women start to see the future with our own eyes and get ahead as true warriors.

A todas las mujeres jóvenes que me leen, les puede aconsejar, que busquen más de ellas, que permitan explorar sus sentidos y que se arriesguen en la vida, que no dependan de nadie y trabajen por sus sueños, así pueden ver los frutos de su esfuerzo, que disfruten la vida y piensen bien antes de actuar, además que no se dejen pisotear por nadie en esta vida, mucho menos por un hombre, porque aunque no lo veamos siempre tenemos una puerta abierta para nuestro futuro, pero no la vemos. Cuando la mujer es guerrera, audaz e independiente todo a su lado es fácil de sobre llevar, siempre las unico para que busquen su norte y disfruten, la vida es una sola y quizás no nos acordemos de esto en la próxima, así que olvidemos lo que nos distrae y empecemos a buscar el norte de la vida, un consejo también que les daría seria que desde muy temprano busquen independizarse con sus propios medios, es una libertad de sanación para el alma para quienes nos gusta salir adelante. 

Un consejo nunca esta demás, siempre es bueno oír a quienes ya tienen una experiencia y un camino recorrido, a quienes con esfuerzo buscan lo mejor para su vida, no soy la más indicada, pero lo poco que tengo es con esfuerzo, para mi tener una persona a mi lado, es para salir adelante en estar juntos más no para que mantengan mi vida ya que es mal cuando estamos en esa situación, así que mujeres empecemos a ver el futuro con nuestros propios ojos y salgamos adelante como verdaderas guerreras.
