Filipino style- chicken adobo with ginger recipe

Ingredients | Measurement/Quantity |

chicken meat | 3/4 kg |
onion | 1 pc |
garlic | 1 pc |
ginger | 1 pc |
soy sauce | 1/2 cup |
vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
seasoning | 1 sachet |
edible oil | 100ml |
green finger pepper | 3 pcs |
Preparation and marinating steps of my recipe:
Step 1:
Wash the chicken meat properly.
Step 2:
Sliced the ginger, onion, green finger pepper.
Step 3:
Flattened the garlic.
Step 4:
Marinade the chicken with seasoning, together with the spices, vinegar and soy sauce.
Step 5:
Set aside for 20 minutes so that the ingredients will penetrate into the meat.
After that, this is now my cooking steps;
Step 1:
Turn on the stove in moderate fire.
Step 2:
Put the frying pan.
Step 3:
Pour the cooking oil then heat it.
Step 4:
Put the slice onion.
Step 5:
Followed the flatten garlic.
Step 6:
When aroma of spices cames-out put the set aside marinate chicken meat.
Step 7:
Cook it for 15-20 minutes in moderate fire so that it will be properly cooked.
Step 8:
Cover it.
Step 9:
Flip on the other side of the chicken and cooked it the same.
Step 10:
When the meat turns to golden brown and oil looks sticky.
Step 11:
Almost done with my recipe.
Step 12:
And serve.
