Bycycle day My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2023
Today is Tuesday, I've finished all my sports activities, it's time to sleep well hahah
Before going to work and before taking a shower, I started doing light exercise, namely by doing 15 pushups for 2 reps followed by squats and shit ups.
Then breakfast continue to go to work by cycling because I'm tired of going to work by riding a motorcycle.
I ride my favorite bicycle in Detroit, not Detroit, a city in the US, but only a trademark of a bicycle manufacturer. I really like the color combination of black and red Very simple and also elegant.
The streets seem very quiet because it's still early in the morning and there are rarely vehicles passing by, here I am a bit of an attraction in taking photos while riding a bicycle. Approximately a trip of up to 7 kilometers is far enough to make you sweat when you arrive at work, your mind becomes fresher because the happy enzyme dopamine endorphins have been produced Because cycling earlier.
