My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2023

Howdy , are you okey today
I hope that all of you are in good health so that you can carry out all your activities without any problem.

As usual I wake up from sleep and then proceed with light stretching to relax my body because stretching right after waking up is to minimize injury.

Early in the morning I just walked a distance of ± 2 km in less than 30 minutes. Because today is a holiday from work because of the weekend, I can't enjoy coffee anymore in the morning hehehe.

In the afternoon I cycled as usual covering a distance of around ±7 km in 30 minutes.


At night while resting I watch football matches on my tablet cell phone, I watch the English league and the Spanish league.
