Good morning ladies, happy new year to all and may this 2024 be filled with abundant blessings, unforgettable moments, situations that can be solved and health for you and yours.
1. What is the lesson or knowledge you learned this year that benefited you as a lady?
I learned several lessons or knowledge among which I want to highlight:
Gratitude: I had never put into practice to be grateful every day, it benefited me in many ways because in a way it helps me to release everything I can not control during that conversation with my inner self, it helped me a lot in finding the most appropriate decisions I should take for my life that favor me and help me with my personal growth.
Empathy: I know that nowadays putting yourself in someone else's shoes is quite difficult, but you can always be someone's shoulder to cry on or the best advice to help others get out of the bottom of where they might be, maybe first hand it doesn't benefit me, but being told: "Thanks to you I understood... such and such" really does me a lot of good.
Discipline and perseverance: I learned that nothing comes by itself, everything requires an extra effort every day in our personal project, because everything starts by changing the thinking and creating a habit that helps me to improve to reach the point or goal I want.
Willpower: Being strong is so difficult and although I had my moments of crying and difficulties due to situations that I could not control, looking for my strengths helped me to get out of many vicissitudes that came along the way.
2. What would you do differently or start doing for yourself next year?
I would like this year to take more risks, I am always afraid of sudden changes and that's why I find it hard to defend some idea or bet on some project, I also want to be less afraid of failure and understand that to evolve or move forward I must live highs and lows.
I also want to fill myself with much more self-love, accept all that I am and what I would be willing to achieve, I am sure that it would help me to move forward with more wisdom, not to deceive or sabotage myself with negative thoughts but to water my mind every day with a little love and speaking nicely to myself.

Buenos dÃas damas, feliz año nuevo para todas y que este 2024 esté lleno de abundantes bendiciones, momentos inolvidables, situaciones que puedan solucionarse y salud para ustedes y los suyos.
1. ¿Cuál es la lección o conocimiento que aprendiste este año que te benefició como dama?
Aprendà varias lecciones o conocimientos entre los cuáles quiero destacar:
Agradecimiento: Nunca habÃa puesto en practica agradecer todos los dÃas, me beneficio en muchos aspectos porque de cierto modo me ayuda a soltar todo lo que no puedo controlar durante esa conversación con mi yo interno, me ayudó bastante en la búsqueda de las decisiones más oportunas que debo tomar para mi vida que me favorezcan y me ayuden con mi crecimiento personal.
EmpatÃa: Se que actualmente ponerse en los zapatos de otro es bastante difÃcil, pero siempre se puede ser el hombro de alguien para llorar o el mejor consejo para ayudar a salir de otros en el fondo de donde pudiesen estar, quizás de primera mano no me beneficie a mi, pero que te digan: "Gracias a ti entendÃ... tal cosa" realmente me hacen tanto bien.
Disciplina y constancia: Aprendà que nada llega por sà solo, todo requiere de un esfuerzo extra todos los dÃas en nuestro proyecto personal, porque todo empieza cambiando el pensamiento y creando un hábito que me ayude a mejorar para llegar hasta el punto o meta que quiero.
Fuerza de voluntad: Ser fuerte es tan difÃcil y aunque tuve mis momentos de llanto y dificultades por situaciones que no podÃa controlar, buscar mis puntos fuertes me ayudó a salir de muchas vicisitudes que se presentaron durante el camino.
2. ¿Qué harÃas diferente o empezarÃas a hacer por ti mismo el próximo año?
Me gustarÃa este año arriesgarme más, siempre le tengo miedo a los cambios bruscos y por eso me cuesta defender alguna idea o apostar a algún proyecto, también quiero tener menor miedo al fracaso y entender que para evolucionar o avanzar debo vivir altas y bajas.
También llenarme de mucho de más amor propio, aceptar todo lo que soy y lo que estarÃa dispuesta a lograr, estoy segura de que me ayudarÃa a avanzar con más sabidurÃa, no engañarme ni sabotearme con pensamientos negativos sino regar todos los dÃas mi mente con un poco de amor y hablándome bonito.
