A woman is always expected to make sacrifices for her family. Have you ever sacrificed something important for your loved ones and never talked about it? Do you want to share your story with us?
We all at some point make sacrifices because we want to achieve the complete well being of our family members or at least that's how I see it, but many times we lose ourselves along the way and lose focus of what we really want.
Until recently I was making a sacrifice for my daughters which was to leave aside my dreams and professional goals with the purpose of taking care of them at home always, they are still small and I do not like to leave them in charge of third parties, at first I wanted to live their first months of life, although I confess I like to be with them at all times, but inside me was forming an emptiness that I could not explain, something I was missing with respect to my profession.
Recently I decided to return to my profession, although I can not recover the lost practice time I feel that I am at the right time in my life, where I can make a balance in the balance of my personal or family part with the professional and that gives me some peace of mind which allows me to begin to fill that void that I was experiencing, thus retaking a part of my dreams, since I can be a mother and professional at the same time, although it is exhausting it is really satisfying.

Todos en algún momento hacemos sacrificios porque queremos lograr el completo bienestar de nuestros familiares o por lo menos así lo veo yo, pero muchas veces nos perdemos a nosotros mismas en el camino y perdemos el enfoque de lo que realmente queremos.
Hasta hace poco estuve haciendo un sacrificio por mis hijas que era dejar a un lado mis sueños y metas profesionales con el propósito de cuidarlas en casa siempre, aún están pequeñas y no me gusta dejarlas a cargo de terceras personas, al principio quería vivir sus primeros meses de vida, aunque confieso me gusta estar con ellas en todo momento, pero dentro de mi se estaba formando un vacío que no podía explicar, algo que me faltaba por hacer con respecto a mi profesión.
Hace poco decidí volver a mi profesión, aunque no puedo recuperar el tiempo de práctica perdidos siento que estoy en el momento adecuado de mi vida, donde puedo hacer un equilibrio en la balanza de mi parte personal o familiar con la profesional y eso me da un poco de tranquilidad lo que me permite empezar a llenar ese vacío que estaba experimentado, retomando así una parte de mis sueños, ya que puedo ser madre y profesional al mismo tiempo, aunque sea agotador es realmente satisfactorio.

It was a decision that took me months to make because I did not feel ready to leave them in the care of others, but the good thing is that I can now do two things that I love, my profession and being with my daughters.
