Merang Mushroom And Ear Mushroom Pizza For Your Weekend
Hi foodies, greetings from me, today is a very special day. Where I will participate in community contests. This contest's theme is very interesting to me, and I and see it in the community. It feels like a busy time is impossible, but would you believe that yesterday I had free time all day. And I made the best use of my time by making something interesting here.
Thank you @sirenahippie for inviting me to this contest. I don't have much time left, but I am very happy to be among you all in this theme. Pizza is one of the fast food foods that I like, but I rarely make this preparation at home in my daily life. However, the recipe is still neatly stored in my recipe list.
This time I will take you to try my simple recipe. A classic pizza that is very easy to make is the best alternative when you start wanting to enjoy pizza at home. Especially if one of you doesn't like snacks outside, making your own will be interesting. Pizza always gives us the latest updates about various toppings. I always love any variant of pizza.
This is not the first time I have made pizza and I share it with you, I have made several posts about this. This was the first time I made vegan pizza, both salty and sweet pizza. What's extraordinary is that in this beloved community, I have also made pizza from the typical fried noodle dish which is very popular in Indonesia. So, this time I will make a pizza that is better than the previous one, namely the classic mushroom pizza.
Classic Mushroom Pizza
Prepare a pan pizza with a variety of toppings which are none other than mushrooms. The mushrooms I added this time were straw mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms. Why this mushroom? Well, in my area it is not easy to find various mushrooms in the market or even in the surrounding environment. Except at the supermarket, and that's quite a distance of 1 hour 30 minutes from home and that's something that's impossible for me on a busy day like this. Initially I wanted to add another variant to this topping. However, it occurred to me that the classic ingredient of mushrooms would create a new atmosphere in pizza. So, if you're curious, let's look at the recipe below!
Materials Needed
Topping Material
- 50 grams of red mushrooms
- 20 grams of dried wood ear mushrooms
- 3 cloves of red onion
- ½ onion
- 1 stalk of celery leaves
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- 1 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Butter to taste
Pizza Dough Material
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons fermipan
- 2 tablespoons of sand
- 100 ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking Procedure
Making Pizza Dough
Dissolve granulated sugar in warm water until completely dissolved.
Then add the fermipan, stir until it dissolves, cover the marinade tightly and wait 15 minutes.
After making sure the yeast is active, the yeast is foamy, I stir it again and that means the yeast is ready to use.
Prepare the flour, add one spoonful of salt, then stir until evenly mixed.
Slowly add the yeast that was stirred in and add the flour while stirring.
Knead until smooth and the dough no longer sticks to your hands, then add cooking oil.
Now the dough is ready, tidy up the dough then cover the dough with a cloth and keep the dough for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes I opened the dough and kneaded it for a while then I deep it again and left it for 15 minutes.
Now, if the dough has risen, it means it is ready to be shaped into the pan.
Making Toppings
In making the topping, I first prepared the mushrooms, I cut the straw mushrooms, then just cut the wood ear mushrooms into small pieces.
Next, cut the mozzarella cheese according to your taste.
Chop the onion, and also chop the red onion.
Then cut the garlic according to your taste.
Next, wash the celery leaves until clean and chop them finely.
Once all the ingredients are ready, fry the shallots and garlic with a little cooking oil. When the onions are brownish yellow, add the straw mushrooms and stir until evenly mixed.
Then add ear mushrooms, stir until evenly mixed. Cook until both mushrooms are wilted.
Then add salt to taste, and also cook the mushroom stock until cooked, so don't add water.
A Aplicasion Of Toppings and Dough
Grease the pan with margarine, then take the dough and spread it evenly in the pan.
Flatten until the pan is full, then when it is neat, pierce the mixture with a fork.
Then cover the dough for about 5 minutes, when it has risen, spread the dough with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
Once the sauce is evenly distributed, add the sautéed mushroom topping.
Spread it evenly over the entire surface of the pizza, then add the onions and a sprinkling of celery leaves.
Add on top the pieces of cheese, which were cut earlier. Then add the sauce back on top
And the pizza is ready to be baked, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes on top and bottom.

So yummy, classic pizza is ready to be enjoyed, delicious savory is the best taste of pizza. Everything is cooked perfectly, the pizza bread rises perfectly. Interestingly, mushrooms combined with pizza are very delicious. This is my first time trying delicious pizza like this according to my taste.
Now the most interesting thing is that I make the pizza bread as thin as possible, because that is my favorite. So, for those of you who want classic pizza with a unique combination of flavors, this is one of the many delicious pizza variants in my opinion.

I think in other countries there are many types of mushrooms that are more interesting than this. You can use any mushrooms as long as they suit your taste. Thanks for stopping by darling!
