My town is a warm place where people is very kind. We don't have snow as we don't have winter, but sometimes it gets very cold.

It seems to me that your city bears some resemblance to mine as far as climate is concerned.
I live near the sea, that's why we don't have snow around here. And although we have some cold days here, it doesn't happen very often.
