I think Hive's price isn't rising like it should because users are constantly redeeming their earnings instead of invest them again on the Blockchain.
I mean, I don't know much about crypto and its functions, but that's what I have read and I think it has sense.

YEs .... this problem comes from also by larger users on TOP :)) .. not as small users :)) .. This top user who have built up large liquid reserves over the years, they should be the first to be asked to put their liquid HIVE in HP , otherwise it will be absurd for smaller users to hold HP for a long time, if I can't take profit from aggressive movements... it takes me 13 weeks - 3 months to get HIVE out ;) , and only those mega-big whales who are calmly sitting on major exchange pages with HIVE and have no intention of infesting in HP :)) is bad ... and it is long story , I see this some 8 years now :)) How liquid reserves sit at the exchange pages ...., but we, the little users, always get there fingers in the nose hole, how we post bad here and it is not good from them.... :))) it is normal this days on Hive :))
You're right. Whales should serve as example for minnows and red fishes, but they just do whatever they want.
I'm quite new around here but I've already seen some patterns.
