Monomad challenge - BW - Walk

Title: BW - Walk

I haven't had much sleep lately. Once I wake up at a certain time, I just can't go back to sleep. Once again, I slept for less than five hours after dozing off around three in the morning. I was awake at seven this morning. I quickly made my way to the bathroom after getting out of bed.

She got up before me, prepared herself a cup of coffee, and sat down with her legs propped up on the pillow of the sofa. Finally, we went downstairs after two more coffees. We walked down a narrow hallway after exiting the entry. Most walls in the city have plain textual graffiti, even though there are many intriguing paintings.

We find some interesting fluffy home socks on the first street, left side by side to soak against the wall. On the outside, it was just beginning to drizzle. I had to put up the camera because of the rain. The rain stopped after we walked a few streets further.

We continued walking until we got to a big iron star gate, at which point I once again used the camera. An old movie theater formerly existed in this particular building, located on the edge of the pedestrian area.

We walked for 10 more minutes before coming to a pause once more. Our eyes went to the stairs in front of a house. There were numerous terracotta figurines on the incredible staircase. A life-size sculpture of a cat with a lovely smile was located on the front side, facing the street.

Another abandoned sock was soon found, tossed onto a recently clipped hedge near the pathway we passed on our stroll to the sports fields.

There, we noticed some mushrooms, so we decided to go back. Today we found only one mushroom, barely noticeable from the rest of the scene, standing under an evergreen tree near fallen pinecones, leaves, and dry needles.

On the way back, we cross an intersection with a confusing traffic light at the pedestrian crossing. The spot where we had to wait for the green light to turn on was across the street, directly in front of the window of a poorly maintained house.

We once again went through a small hallway with numerous concrete pillars leading to the entrance to the building and our apartment. Now from the opposite direction.
