Hi everyone, I'm welcoming all to my blog, how are you all doing, I hope you are all doing great. This week contest I will like to answer the question two.

We believe nowadays that what a man can do a woman can also do it more better. A woman in this era is a powerful tools in the sense that they have also indulge themselves in working vigorously and also some do some kind of investment which yield a reasonable return at the end.

The question now is as a woman what exactly will I invest in with me having $5000 either at hand or in bank.

I will say I will venture straight into real estate which I know it's a lucrative business. I will partner with some powerful investors and business tycoon also take some lectures so as to derive my goals of making such investment. We say this days real estate investment is best if not the overall best because it involves the purchase, management and sale or rental of real estate for profit.

Someone who actively or passively invests in real estate is called a real estate entrepreneur or a real estate investor. Some investors actively develop, improve or renovate properties to make more money from them. At least with the amount am having as the capital I can actually purchased one or two properties to sell or lease out at the long run.

Real estate investment is really good because you dealing with properties that do appreciate instead of depreciating you can actually purchased a land for example and leave it for years and by the time you come to realization of selling it out you will

definitely make ×6 if not ×10 of your investment at the time of selling. And also at the same time other small scale business can also come in as side hustle in order to support the real estate investment such as having a Gas station of small scale and also some kind of importation business.

So in conclusion I personally will say I will venture straight into real estate with me having $5000 as a woman.
