ANGER ISSUES

Anger is said to be an inbuilt attribute or attitude of every human, it is left for you to either control it or allow it control you. Most times when I see people reacting in anger I don't really blame them or really think they are bad, because I always believe something must have triggered that anger at the moment, it could be frustration, people's actions or maybe (the one I hate most) a bad character. Growing up I was this “angry bird” that I flare up at every little thing that threatens my peace, things that we both know can be resolved amicable or calmly but no I will still flare up.

My father will always getting angry is not the issue but what you do when you are angry matters a lot, I could remember one time when my younger brother got me angry he was always there to get me angry cause he knows I get angry easily just my seeing him do his face in another form I'm angry. So this particular day I was washing plates( I still remember how he does his face🤣) and he came in and started making those annoying faces and out of anger I threw my dad's favorite plate at him and broke it and that was when I knew I was done for, before I continue, you know there's one thing that anger does it gives you extra energy when you are angry and after everything you because so weak that you will be regretting your actions. Where was I ? Yes I remember so when I broke the plate my brother quickly rushed out to tell my mum and I received the beating of my life that day.

I shared in one of my post of how my brother told me a word that pierced my heart and I started working on myself in aspect of anger that even my brothers antics no longer hold water when it comes to me, I learnt how to control my anger although it is still a process I'm still healing but I have had to check and get different methods, which are:
1)I started listening to good songs that will help me to relax.

  1. when I'm angry I look for something to squeeze or if I'm in an enclosed place I scream it all out.
  2. I'm very quick to say sorry even when I'm at fault or not at fault I just say sorry to let everything slide because I might get angry when the other person becomes angry.
  3. I had to listen to messages online about how to control anger, and here am I getting better not totally perfect but I'm getting there.

The things that usually used to annoy me or get me angry easily no longer gets to me, now my anger is no longer due to the fact that I have bad character but because sometimes I'm being pushed to the wall.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. See you soon. 🤗

peace out ✌️

I think we have one thing in common. I’m also very quick to say sorry whether I’m at fault or not. I’m only saving myself from going to prison because I know if I get angry ehh🤣

Anger give us extra energy, but that energy would not take a person to anywhere, it will leave the person with regret if he/she didn't control it.
