Photographing a Fitness athlete

I hope you had a happy and well-deserved weekend. Today I return again to my usual participation in the #monomad challenge.

This time I want to present some pictures of Lilian, a talented woman who dedicated her life to Fitness. Lilian is a Bikini Fitness athlete certified in the Venezuelan Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness FVFC and has participated in countless Fitness tournaments in the region, representing her gym and her coaching team.

Lilian is a teacher by profession and shares her work as a high school teacher with her passion for fitness. Since she was young she has been attracted to this sport and has followed in the footsteps of her personal trainer whom she deeply admires and who has made her one of the best athletes on her team.

Lilian dreams of winning a national championship and dedicating it to her young son who is her inexhaustible source of inspiration. I have had the opportunity to watch her participate in several local competitions and observe her performance in front of the judges and compete against athletes from all over Venezuela for the first place.

These pictures are part of a practice session we did a while back. I wanted to keep track of her progress with her training routine that she does before each competition.
