A menudo las mujeres llevamos una carga de responsabilidades y trabajo desproporcionada en el hogar, por lo que es importante buscar el equilibrio entre las responsabilidades del hogar y el autocuidado, debemos establecer prioridades y distribuir las responsabilidades de manera equitativa en el hogar.

A mí en lo particular antes del sueño y comer me relaja mucho tomar un baño calientico, también es muy relajante y beneficioso tratar de dedicar un tiempo a actividades que nos causen placer como lo es leer, meditar o disfrutar de un baño relajante.
Con los años aprendí que cuidar de uno mismo es fundamental para poder cuidar de los demás de manera efectiva. ¡No duden en priorizar su salud y su bienestar en todo momento!, hoy reconozco que esta debe ser una máxima aunque por desconocimiento y por los estereotipos que nos ha impuesto la sociedad pase la vida entera considerando que lo primero era la familia, por lo que todo debía estar supeditado al bienestar de sus miembros.
Les puedo decir desde mi experiencia que nada más lejos de la verdad, que esta concepción errónea, realmente el bienestar de la familia es mayor si nosotros estamos física y mentalmente equilibradas. No piensen que es egoísmo pensar en ustedes, es importante y es necesario.
Claro está la vida es muy rica y hay diversas situaciones en que debemos poner en un primer plano a la familia pero no debe ser la regla, hay que valorar y actuar de manera que se busquen las soluciones más acertadas para todos los integrantes.
A veces pensamos que somos el centro y si no asumes tu misma la responsabilidad no sale bien y de esta forma nosotras misma estamos negando la posibilidad de que nuestras familias sean más unidas y fuertes, entre todos podemos lograr nuestras metas, objetivos y ser mejores para la familia y el Mundo.
