Hello my beauties, my week has been very messy, but I could not fail to participate in this contest proposed by @jane1289 and that my friend @purrix so kindly invited me to participate..

This is a very controversial topic because the choice depends on the interests of each person and the situation they are going through..


In my particular case I have always worked for the state, sometimes I have worked in a family business..

Both ways have their pros and cons, when you have an employer, you have a secure salary, you have no risks, it allows you to interact with other people, get ready to go out etc, but you must comply with a work rule whether you understand it or not, if you have an authoritarian and abusive boss you suffer a lot..

Working independently allows you to adjust your time and allows you to do things your way, you run the risk of investments..

In my case, working at home was very important when my mother got sick, it allowed me to be by her side and take care of her..


I also really enjoyed working as a university professor, I had an open sphere, I only had to fulfill my work plan, I had independence and free reins to create..

I agree with @mayramalu when he says that the important thing is to enjoy our work, whether from home or as an employee..


I also want to tell you that when you live in a country with limitations and economic instability, working becomes very difficult both for the employer and for a freelancer because there are thousands of limitations, rules and inconsistencies that hinder the success of your performance..

Hola mis bellas, mi semana ha estado bien enredada, pero no podia dejas de participar a este contest propuesto por @ jane1289 y que tan amablemente mi amiga @purrix me invitó a participar..

Este es un tema muy polémico yaque la elección depende de los intereses de cada quien y la situación por la que este atravesando..


En mi caso en particular siempre he trabajado para el estado, en ocasiones he trabajado en un negocio familiar..

Ambas formas tienen sus pro y sus contras, cuando tienes un empleador, tienes un sueldo seguro, no tienes riesgos , te permite interactuar con otras personas, arreglarte para salir etc, pero debes cumplir con un reglamento de trabajo lo entiendas o no, si tienes un jefe autoritario y maltratador sufres bastante..

Trabajando independiente ajustas tu tiempo y te permite hacer las cosas a tu manera, corres los riesgo de las inversiones..

En mi caso, el trabajo en casa fue muy importante cuando mi madre se enfermó, me permitió estar a su lado y atenderla..


También disfruté mucho trabajar como profesora universitaria, tenia horsrio abierto, solo debia cumplir con mi plan de trabajo, tenia independencia y riendas sueltas para crear..

Coincido con @mayramalu cuando dice que lo importante rs disfrutar nuestro trabajo, ya sea desde casa o como empleado..


Quiero decirles también que cuando vives en un pais con limitaciones e inestabilidad económica trabajar se hace bien dificil tanto para el empleador como para un freelance porque se tienen miles de limitaciones,reglas e incoherencias que obstaculizan el éxito de tu desempeño..

Estás son las principales ideas respecto al tema que quería compartir con todas..

Hola mi querida amiga, coincidimos en la forma de pensar, siempre es más estable tener un trabajo fijo estatal pero a veces las circunstancias de la vida no lo permite y hay que recurrir al trabajo en casa que también tiene sus ventajas. Un abrazo, nos vemos😂💐🤗

Hola cariño, coincido contigo en su totalidad. Me pasó igual cuando mamá enfermó, yo estaba trabajando desde casa y fue mucho mejor, porque además mi hijo estaba chiquitito y eso me permitió atenderlos como ellos merecían y a no estar inactiva.

Esto se parece tanto a nuestra realidad venezolana (cito):
