Amaku village, a small community down the hill, was plagued by a mysterious disease. Everyone in that village was almost going blind. The effects were so devastating,causing irreversible damage to the people.Detective Amran, from a nearby community, had a hunch on what must have been going on and delved into investigating. He was able to gather evidence and testimonies from the people. Detective Amran was perplexed by what he was able to gather; it was almost too perfect, too much proof pointing to the same conclusion.
Detective Amran realized from his gatherings that there was an abandoned mine enclosed in a hidden cave in the village that was emitting toxic gases and chemicals, poisoning the air and water supply.
Detective Amran informed the government about his findings, and all hands were on deck to remediate the mine, but the damage had already been done.
